My teenager was stalled in the 99 tunnel at 11:30 PM (!) and Robert was there in a matter of minutes. He even offered to call a second truck to take her and her friends to where they needed to go. Next business day Andrea in dispatch was super-helpful in getting my SUV to the repair shop. I really appreciated and was thankful for how quickly Robert got there. It was obvious he understood how stressful that situation was and he wasted no time. He never expressed one iota of concern for payment method or anything like that until the SUV was towed out of the tunnel and everyone was safe. I really appreciated that and it earned my trust. Outstanding and friendly service on a really tricky tow. You always hope you won't need a tow, but if you do, I absolutely recommend Seattle Towing. I needed the tow because my car wouldn't start and it was parked in a very low-ceilinged underground garage. The manager, Avery, was at my place in just 30 minutes, but the ramp and alleyway were too tight to get the truck + car out of, so he brought in a second smaller truck which arrived in just 10 minutes. The smaller truck couldn't get the car out, either, so they ended up having to pull the car out using a winch--which was fast and caused no damage to the car. In the small hours of the morning, my car's alternator suddenly seized up and died, leaving me stranded on a freeway onramp. I knew from past experience that a State Patrol officer might show up at any moment and hand me an expensive traffic ticket, so I wanted to get off the freeway ASAP! Since I have AAA coverage, I called them first, and they said it might be 2 hours before the AAA truck showed up. I decided that was too long to wait, so instead I went with Seattle Towing, and I'm glad I did. Avery was a total professional. I was assigned to Avery who arrived on site in a very timely manner and dealt with the situation rather quickly. He handled my vehicle like it was his own and cared for it deeply, even with traffic wizzing by him he was able to exercise extreme caution whilst maintaining efficiency when loading my vehicle. 4/20/24..Think twice before you call this company for service! I was given a ride to my vehicle by a guy named Alex and I accidentally left my wallet behind in Alex's car along with $400 cash in it. When I called the next day to retrieve my wallet, (license, credit cards, etc..) the receptionist indicated Alex no longer works with the company - as she is also snickering while on the phone. My axle went out as I was taking a turn and it broke down right by the railroad tracks and called everywhere at 3:30 Am of course no one was available, but then was able to get a hold of these great guys and they showed up QUICK! literally less than 5 minutes. Thank god Nathan was there to rescue me because I was stuck just a few feet away from the railroad tracks and would not know how I was going to get out of that situation. I broke down on the freeway & BARELY made it to an exit. I called my insurance and they were talking about 6 hour wait, called other tow companies and it was hours plus they were super expensive. My son's ignition key broke. We were very close to Pike Place Market and parked in a no parking zone. We waited over an hour and had to tell several passing cops that we were waiting for a tow. When the guy finally showed up he could not spot us and phoned several times even though we were waving at him from the curb. My son was able to jiggle the key enough to get the car to start once the tow truck driver suggested a couple of tricks. He Charged us $350. and we drove away! No Tow - 3-hours later. read more

Not only did he jump my car, he had the forethought to check and was able to diagnose my failing alternator, which saved me a huge headache.
