My vehicle was picked up by Seattle Towing on behalf of AAA, and the entire process was mishandled from start to finish. The tow truck driver refused to accept my payment on-site, telling me someone would contact me later to process it. I have never heard of a towing company refusing payment at the time services are rendered. Even worse, the driver never verified my identity, never asked for my driver's license, and provided no paperwork or documentation before taking possession of my vehicle. Following the instructions I was given, I waited for the promised phone call. No one contacted me. I eventually went to sleep, only to discover a missed call two hours after the tow and another attempted call at 2:44 a.m. This procedure makes absolutely no sense and reflects a serious breakdown in communication and customer service. No customer should be expected to stay awake indefinitely waiting for a payment call after their vehicle has already been taken. Because payment was refused at pickup, my vehicle was taken to Seattle Towing's storage yard instead of directly to the destination I provided. This resulted in unnecessary storage fees, additional towing charges, and release fees before my vehicle could finally be transported to my dealership. I was originally quoted approximately $220. That estimate later increased to around $320. In the end, I was charged $943.49. This experience was disorganized, stressful, and extremely costly. I would not recommend Seattle Towing to anyone. read more

Fantastic service. Great group of people working here - genuinely trustworthy. Towing is never fun or cheap, but it is good to know when you need an honest company to help you out, Seattle Towing is there. My teenager was stalled in the 99 tunnel at 11:30 PM (!) and Robert was there in a matter of minutes. He even offered to call a second truck to take her and her friends to where they needed to go. Next business day Andrea in dispatch was super-helpful in getting my SUV to the repair shop. I really appreciated and was thankful for how quickly Robert got there. It was obvious he understood how stressful that situation was and he wasted no time. He never expressed one iota of concern for payment method or anything like that until the SUV was towed out of the tunnel and everyone was safe. I really appreciated that and it earned my trust. Throughout the whole process he was communicative, sending texts to keep me updated. Honestly, I could not imagine better towing service. read more

Outstanding and friendly service on a really tricky tow. You always hope you won't need a tow, but if you do, I absolutely recommend Seattle Towing. I needed the tow because my car wouldn't start and it was parked in a very low-ceilinged underground garage. The manager, Avery, was at my place in just 30 minutes, but the ramp and alleyway were too tight to get the truck + car out of, so he brought in a second smaller truck which arrived in just 10 minutes. The smaller truck couldn't get the car out, either, so they ended up having to pull the car out using a winch--which was fast and caused no damage to the car. From there, they towed the car to my mechanic across town. I can't thank Avery and his crew enough for making it work. read more

In the small hours of the morning, my car's alternator suddenly seized up and died, leaving me stranded on a freeway onramp. I knew from past experience that a State Patrol officer might show up at any moment and hand me an expensive traffic ticket, so I wanted to get off the freeway ASAP! Since I have AAA coverage, I called them first, and they said it might be 2 hours before the AAA truck showed up. I decided that was too long to wait, so instead I went with Seattle Towing, and I'm glad I did. Avery was a total professional. He was prompt and efficient, and I was especially impressed with the way he handled a very tricky Y-turn to back my car into a tight parking space! Thanks, Avery! read more

Seattle Towing provides an amazing service and fair prices. I had a flat on I-405 N without a spare and my roadside service dispatched Seattle Towing. I was assigned to Avery who arrived on site in a very timely manner and dealt with the situation rather quickly. He handled my vehicle like it was his own and cared for it deeply, even with traffic wizzing by him he was able to exercise extreme caution whilst maintaining efficiency when loading my vehicle. Which I appreciated so so much. I was unhappy after blowing my tire but after conversing with Avery made me feel so much better. Best service in the world hands down and very professional. Thank you so much! read more

I highly recommend Seattle Towing Co. for their exceptional towing services. My car was hit by a rock on the I-90 overpass on Rainier Ave S, resulting in windshield damage. When I called, Robert assured me he would arrive within 10 minutes, and true to his word, he promptly arrived. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care stood out during the entire experience. Robert meticulously cleaned the glass from both the driver's seat and dashboard, ensuring a clear and safe driving environment. His friendly demeanor was an added bonus to the outstanding service provided. read more

4/20/24..Think twice before you call this company for service! I was given a ride to my vehicle by a guy named Alex and I accidentally left my wallet behind in Alex's car along with $400 cash in it. When I called the next day to retrieve my wallet, (license, credit cards, etc..) the receptionist indicated Alex no longer works with the company - as she is also snickering while on the phone. This company can not be trusted and if given the opportunity to steal from you, they will! I hope the $400.00 you decided to keep is worth surprises! read more

My axle went out as I was taking a turn and it broke down right by the railroad tracks and called everywhere at 3:30 Am of course no one was available, but then was able to get a hold of these great guys and they showed up QUICK! literally less than 5 minutes. Thank god Nathan was there to rescue me because I was stuck just a few feet away from the railroad tracks and would not know how I was going to get out of that situation. I highly suggest Seattle Towing when you are in need of help. And if you get to meet Nathan he is awesome! read more

My son's ignition key broke. We were very close to Pike Place Market and parked in a no parking zone. We waited over an hour and had to tell several passing cops that we were waiting for a tow. When the guy finally showed up he could not spot us and phoned several times even though we were waving at him from the curb. My son was able to jiggle the key enough to get the car to start once the tow truck driver suggested a couple of tricks. He Charged us $350. and we drove away! No Tow - 3-hours later. read more

DJ went above and beyond expectations when helping jump start my dead battery this morning. Not only did he jump my car, he had the forethought to check and was able to diagnose my failing alternator, which saved me a huge headache. He also provided recommendations on where I could get parts and service and was overall exceedingly professional and helpful. He provided a business card which I will use for any future incidents. I cannot recommend enough. Thank you! read more

They are a group of mafia run by a very racist guy. The drivers know nothing about the policy and the guy who sits in the office who also claims he is in charge of everything is a racist. They rip people off with illegal business practices and use forged signatures. read more
