Dude. So last year I got hit and totaled, I was broke azz and in the rain with my dog on zero sleep. Mans came through with the quickness, the quickest I EVER had a tow. Just spoke with the most unpleasant creature on the phone and got the most expensive toeing rate. Have been calling about 20 numbers to try to find the best deal to toe my car in Seattle and he gave me a quote for 600$ which is exactly doubled compare to the highest quote I got. The funny thing is he said "I will give you the best rate out there because your location is very close to me" so I called him out and simply let him know his price was much more than any other quotes I had received and therefore he got very upset and unpleasant with me to a point he told me "you don't deserve to drive this kind of car if your so concerned about price" how fair!!! They were quick to come. Told me over the phone it's $225/h plus taxes. The bill was $379 for 2 miles of towing, $275/h actually.

They are liers. Don't believe them. Be very accurate when you speak with them. I took telephone number from the website and called to company counted on Hyundai Slide Road company and asked them if they were Hyundai slide road because I pay Hyundai insurance and I qualified for free towing.They said that they were and asked me for my address. They arrived very quickly. I asked them what documents they needed to tow my car to the service center. The driver said that nothing but key. He moved my car to service and asked money for that but nobody shouldn't pay them. The driver called to me and asked how was I going to pay. I realized that there was misunderstanding and asked the driver to give me time to solve this problem with my Prospective insurance company. And also I asked how much should I pay for him. He spend half of an hour moving my car but driver asked for $675 for two hours. I asked to give me account number or how can I pay later after clarifying. But Driver towed my car to Seattle towing area. Finally, the company took from me $1200 explaining that they spend 4 hours towing my car. Be aware of these guys. read more

Well i got 200 bucks an hour. My car broke down on the Bremerton ferry. Tbe people of the ferry pushed my car off. I called them and asked them hour much to tow my car back across the ferry. They said 200 bucks an hour. I said okay and waited for them too show up. They got there 15 mins before the mext ferry was loading. We took the hour long ferry ride back too Bremerton. Got too my hour with a total of an hour half with my car on the tow bed. I asked him how much he told me 800 bucks. I asked why he told me i had too pay for him too drive back too seattle.... i dont understand why i have too pay for his way back. It would of only cost me 300 too 400 dollars but i had too pay 800 bucks for a hour in a half. Never use this towing company. read more

We had a great experience with Seattle Towing during a really bad night. Our flight was three hours late in landing at SeaTac. Our car was parked at a local parking facility. 2:30 am; the car won't start. We called Seattle Towing and Sean was there within 20 minutes. First trying to troubleshoot the problem with us to avoid the towing charge from SeaTac to an Everett auto mechanics shop. No luck, the engine refused to start. Sean, the driver was exceptionally polite and accommodating. He helped load our heavy bags and then made sure we were buckled up inside the warm cab. Late as it was, we felt like talking and had a really great conversation about travel, area growth, and families. It was a pleasant surprise. When we arrived at the auto shop, he helped unload our bags, made sure our vehicle was placed in an out of the way spot, and made sure we had a way home. I was so surprised by that kindness that I knew I would be writing this review as soon as I could. One other thing I need to say about our experience, our tow driver Sean and the service is this... he asked us if we had insurance and we did. We told him we'd turn it in ourselves and paid through his card machine, he texted us an immediate receipt. Then he offered to help us if anything didn't go as we expected with filing our claim. It was a terribly long night, but it couldn't have turned out better with the kindness and professional service we received. read more

All the 1 star reviews are pretty accurate. We had a horrible experience with them. Please be careful before you waste your time and/or money- after agreeing to initial quote they called to tell us they were raising their price on us right before they arrived. I ask why are you doing that and they said because I couldn't decide between them and a competitor so fortunately, we didn't waste our money on this dishonest company. Unfortunately, we did waste our time. They even laughed at us before I hung up on them and they took the time to pass us and burned rubber in front of us lol they're so cool ...so classy. read more

My car broke down on southbound I5 right after the u-district but before going over the bridge into downtown. I called these guys and they showed up sooner than they said they would (which was a pleasant surprise as I was a little panicked). While I waited I looked up the address of the shop it was being towed to and gps said it was 3.1 miles away. The bill: $400.17. That's ridiculous! I understand that most people aren't happy with any towing charges but come on! The car being towed has had a bunch of issues and had just been towed 2days prior almost twice as far (5.8 miles) and only cost $120. That's over 3 times as much for half the distance! I hope a lot of new cars break down because if this place had to rely on repeat business, they should just close down now! I know that I'll never use them again and I'll tell everyone I know the same thing- and I run nightclubs so I see a lot of people. read more

I had a tire come apart on the I-5 express lanes and ended up stranded on the side of freeway. Seriously nerve wracking as traffic was actually flying by, making the car shake and me terrified that someone would be looking at their phone at the wrong time and smack into my car. I gave these guys a call and they immediately dispatched a truck. The driver arrived quickly and asked if I wanted to sit in the cab of his (super safe) truck while he loaded up the car. Huge yes from me. The driver was super friendly, very kind, and incredibly efficient. He had my wounded car up and we were on the road in no time. After he dropped the car, he explained how to work with my insurance, made sure I had the receipt, and told me who to contact if I needed more help. While I seriously hope to never need a tow again, Seattle Towing will be the first one I call if I do. read more

I was in Seattle where I knew nobody, on a road trip from Colorado, when my car was totaled by a person running a red light. The whole thing was a nightmare, with the exception of when the tow guy Avery showed up. He took me to my hotel, waited while I unloaded my things from my car, and gave me sound advice for how things generally unfold from that point with insurance and the vehicle etc. It doesn't stop there. He has been in stellar communication with me regarding the vehicle's status and went even further above and beyond when he took a few pics of the interior of the vehicle that I needed. Whoever employs this guy Avery made a game changing move hiring him, and they should literally consider making him a partner. He knows people, and how to treat them. Which anyone with a lick of business savvy knows, when you put people over profits, profits increase. To Seattle Towing, and their guy Avery: you've made this nightmare of a situation into one that is tolerable and at times even smooth... all because you guys take the time to do customer service epically well. Called for a tow when my truck broke down. Can't complain on how long it took driver to arrive. Before arriving, the driver asked what kind of vehicle we were getting towed and I let him know it was a Nissan Titan 4x4. He then showed up to tow the truck. At the time, I wasn't aware that the truck had to be pulled in a dolly or flat bed but the driver pull the truck over 30 miles on the back wheels ( you would assume the driver having "experience" working in the towing business and being a co-owner would know what he's doing). Still on his town truck, the driver went in reverse and somehow caused our axel to brake.. also causing our bed to slam to the ground. Once I asked the driver for his insurance information he refused to give it to me, claiming he didn't have that information. Having worked in the insurance business, I know legally he has to carry proof of insurance and if an incident occurs he needs to provide that information if the damages occurred while being in the hook. Well at the end he didn't give me what I had asked for so he ended up giving me the other owners information. While he was giving me that information he kept on mumbling telling me "good luck in having them pay for those damages, I'm positive our insurance will not pay". The driver was a rude man, sad he was one of the owners. After a day or so, I received a call from the other owner and he wanted to work things out without getting insurance involved. I agreed and had him put that down i writing. After receiving a quote he then said I had to pay half. I then went through his insurance. BASICALLY, Suloman, our driver, obviously doesn't know what he's doing. Rude and don't cooperate. Not recommending this tow truck company to anyone. read more
