Would definitely recommend!!

The price we were quoted was under $100 so very affordable for our budget. Always Hauling was not only very reasonably priced, but they were so timely and efficient. They came to our home within 48 hours of our request, it could have been even sooner if our elevator didn't need to be repaired. The arrived on time and the whole thing was done in 10 minutes. They were so nice and friendly too and a pleasure to work with start to finish. Finally the price they quoted was the price we paid. They certainly over cent and more. We will certainly call John again and ask for his services as well as refer them to anyone who needs a junk removal service.

He actually moved things out of the way of the photo and did not disclose any possibility of anything being left behind. We were taken advantage of as we weren't physically at the site and this business is very shady.

They did not beat around the bush, told me what it would cost and they would have it done that very day. And they did. They emptied my storage unit even offered to help me move things I wanted to keep to my apartment no extra charge. Would I use them again? Absolutely. I even told them I may be moving in October asked if they do moving service, and it was a definite yes. They may be young don't be fooled, they are very professional and straight. The way I like business to be conducted. Keep it up guys. And many many thanks.

Horrendous experience…read more I submitted a request for quote for disposal of construction debris. They came back with a price of $225, the lowest of all the quotes. I sent them pictures to confirm the price but they said they needed to see it in person. That's fair, I figured that the other garbage haulers would do the same. When they came, looked at the garbage, the price went up to $300. I just wanted it done, so I agreed. Midway through the work, they started complaining about how there was wood and tried to squeeze me for more. I wasn't paying anymore since they "re-quoted" after seeing the garbage onsite. When they "finished", I looked at the work they did and saw that they left a large mirror and all the paint cans. Their quote said it included disposal fees, but now, they weren't going to take either the mirror or the paint. Not only that, they left the garage and driveway a mess. I was so tired of dealing with them, I just paid them and cleaned up everything else myself. Do yourself a favor and avoid them. There are plenty of other options out there.

First time the lady on the phone gave me an estimate based what I told her then I added more stuff to the pile after I talked to her so when the driver came, he did tell me the cost would be more, he called the office to confirm, gave me the price, I confirmed then he started putting stuff in the dumpster so it was super clear, they charged me the exact amount that I confirmed. Second time, I took a picture, sent to them, they gave me an estimate, the driver came, gave me the same amount of cost, super clear I first went with them because when I was trying to find a junk removal company, many places would require an appointment for an estimate then you make a second appointment for the pick up, I find that too much hassle and takes too long then I found this place when they were able to give me an estimate over the phone or email (They responded to my email in 10 minutes) and able to come last minute. Both times they were able to come on the date I requested, also gave me a 2 hour window so super helpful, the drivers were super nice and they picked everything up within 30 minutes I really have no complaints with them and would definitely recommend them!
