I loved coming home to a fresh smelling home, having the bed made up, and they always did a thorough job around the baseboards which was much appreciated, plus the little folds on the toilet paper was to die for. The convenience was also something I appreciated, it was easy to communicate with the team and make changes as needed. I had constant communication with Tia and she always made me feel 100% taken care of. I felt the pricing for the size of my home was pretty reasonable and overall had a pleasant experience hiring them to service my cleaning needs. Thank you Excellence in Housekeeping!

Once complete, I saw them zip their car out onto the street and nearly hit a passing car, then aggressively cut in front of them. Terrible cleaners and people. Avoid!

Fany C. came in, worked like a whirlwind for more than 5 hours (I was there the whole time), and made the place sparkle! When I was looking for a local cleaning service in W.S., I saw a LOT of 5-star reviews for Seattle Green Cleaning Fairy service. And having experienced the quality of service I received from Fany, I now know why! Can't recommend her, and the SGCF services, enough. Can you find a cheaper service? Sure. But, you get what you pay for... And with Seattle Green Cleaning Fairy, I did!

It was a move-out deep clean and the new owners were very happy with the state. Because of a back injury, it's been difficult to clean everything myself, so I've since signed up for a monthly service that started with a deep clean (so it was nice prior to my daughter coming home for the summer from university), and now has been a clean monthly. They not only leave my home smelling nice, everything looking nice, clean and even organized but when my work schedule changed, they were able to accommodate coming on a different day & time. It's a small, local business with a mother & daughter team that come and clean for my place. I couldn't ask for a better service and fully recommend them to anyone in the Eastside or SE King County. And for any doubters, yes, I'm real, don't often leave reviews but this business is genuinely so good that it's worth the effort to write a review.

There were 3 scheduling issues over a few month period. This was terribly inconvenient as my partner works from home and needs to leave during the scheduled time. There are always apologies from Benni, and she tries to find a quick solution. So far, none of this is overly problematic, just inconvenient, but really no big deal. The problem came when I said that if she couldn't find a time early this week to come and clean, I was going to look for another cleaner. It wasn't emotional, just clear boundaries, since the scheduling snafus are a drag. When I sent an email asking if she had been able to find a cleaner for early this week, looking for a simple yes or no answer, I received a six paragraph email back about how my house was so hard to clean, there was never enough time, we cook too much, there is too much stuff on the counters, the cat box pellets and cow rug are a challenge, on and on about all the things problematic about cleaning my home. Then said she didn't want to clean my house anyway and said that another cleaner should have a "crack at it." It was very strange and VERY unprofessional. When I mentioned this to her, she wrote back telling me I was mean, she was "full up on mean" and later said, "But you maybe should reflect on whether house cleaning is the problem you're having." Putting her emotional outburst back on me like it's my problem! Benni made a request for scheduling into something very personal. I get that people have a bad day, but this was over the top. I'm writing to let you know this is a possibility if you work with Benni. We went from a normal cleaning relationship to this personal attack when I set a boundary around clear reliable scheduling for cleaning services.
