Ordered two salads and two cups of ice for water to go. When I decided to also order the xlarge pizza special, the manager/owner tried to charge me for two sodas, insinuating that I stole two sodas. It was absolutely insulting and seemed racially accusatory. I cancelled the pizza order, asked for a refund for my salads, and gave him the two cups of ice water back. His reply when I gave him back the filled cups of water was: "Even this costs us money." A sorry for the misunderstanding ma'am would have been a much better response. Oh well, guess he does not need/want my business. Happy to go somewhere else to get complimentary ice water with my meal. read more

I ordered 1 XL pepperoni pizza on 4/5/23 @6:30pm online. When I picked it up at 6:45pm. All seemed great with my order. When I checked out I used my debit card at the Aston, Pa. location. My total was 14.87. This should have been the end. The following day my account was charged 15.87. I contated the manager. I come to find out that their is a surcharge for using credit card. I used debit. Alot of companies are now putting this on the customer's. Since this has just been implemented and I wasnt given a choice to pay cash. This is so wrong and I won't be given them any of my money anymore. I only gave them 1 star so I could make others aware of the extra charge on our purchases. DON'T BE DUBBED!!! read more

I've ordered food from here twice; both times I got the chicken wings. The spicy honey garlic wings are phenomenal! The chicken wings are cooked well. They aren't too big or too small, just the right size. I'm not a fan of scrawny or super meaty wings. These are just perfect. The sauce is a perfect mixture of the honey, garlic, with the right amount of spice . We have been looking for a decent wing place within a 10 minute drive and we found it! So disappointed in this pizza place. I ordered 4 pizzas for a birthday party. 2 of them were cheese pan pizza, 1 pepperoni thin crust, 1 pepperoni regular crust. Pan pizza was undercooked and doughy. My Wife and I have eaten takeout Pizza and Chicken Meals here for years and always enjoyed the Food. Recently they announced new ownership. For us this hasn't been good. They have 2 Grilled Chicken Salads, Mediterranean bowl and Waldorf Chicken Salad. Both have really tasty Greens and seasonings but the Chicken is tough as shoe leather, hard to cut and hard to chew. Held my daughter's 6th birthday party here and I can't say enough about how amazing the owners and staff were. We took over a huge portion of their dining area on a busy Friday night and still we were given marvelous, courteous attention. The kids were each able to make their own pizza and each handmade pie was delivered right back to the eager kid who made it. We felt welcome and unrushed. They even supplied the birthday candles that we forget AND were kind enough to have a little gift for my birthday girl. And the absolute best part - the price could not be beat! Yesterday I had my sons 18th birthday at a venue in Aston. The delivery man had to deliver 15 party pizzas and 2 trays of nuggets. The delivery man was prompt and very courteous. Our pizza was delivered hot and loaded with toppings. I had many compliments on how delicious it was! The nuggets were crisp and hot. They we gone in 10 minutes! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Went for their BOGO Salads on Tuesday. Wanted the chop salad and asked to not have Gorgonzola as I am allergic. Their GM Stephanie rudely informed me they don't do any adjustments on Tuesday as they are too busy "making 500 salads per day". I was one of 2 people in restaurant, and asked if they could make a fresh one -- she said absolutely not ! Awful. Overpriced and not worth the money. I ordered the Margarita pizza and 10 wings. The wings are extremely dried out with no meat on them and the pizza was thin with barely anything on it. Tasted like they dumped a jar of old ragu on it and then seasoned it. Mozzarella cheese was burned. Came to approximately $31 without tip. I will never order from here again and live right around the corner. Fourth time I ordered and every time is a disappointment. I try to give them a chance but not worth it. read more

Today I called the Aston, PA Seasons Pizza to order a pizza. I asked for 1/2 of the pizza to be mushrooms and onions and I asked for the other 1/2 to be buffalo chicken pizza. Upon asking for 1/2 to be buffalo chicken pizza with buffalo sauce I was told RUDELY "There is no BUFFALO sauce, BUFFALO is a city!" I could not believe the way that I was being treated since the name of the pizza on the Season's Pizza Menu is "Buffalo Chicken". I hung up because I WILL NOT be spoken down to in that manner. I called back to get the name of a manager and to my EXTREME SURPRISE I was told it was the MANAGER who made the rude comment to me. I was told that the name of the manager I spoke to was Jackson after I called back and spoke with a young lady on the phone- Courtney. Courtney was very nice. Season's always has good deals. Their pizza isn't the best, but it's certainly not bad. One thing I LOVE from here is their Chicken Parmesan.
