The charcuterie board was beautifully presented and even came with a card explaining each item, which was a nice touch. It has been a couple years since I visited Seasons, and yesterday's lunch was so good I won't wait so long again. The weather was perfect to sit on the outside patio overlooking the Intracoastal at the PGA bridge. Watching nice boats while eating is pretty cool. We had the greatest server, and he'd been working there only three weeks! A huge shoutout to Erik from Greece. He knew all the menu and was great with recommendations. He was friendly, funny, and professional all at once. He made our lunch a lot more fun than we expected it to be. Another surprise was the good prices on lunch pairings. You can pick an item in each of two columns for your meal. My sister had half a Philly cheesesteak flat bread and a Caesar salad. I picked a fresh seared tuna salad from the regular menu. All was very good. The croutons in my sister's Caesar were so good she got extra to bring home. Dessert at Seasons is always enjoyable. Served in very small glasses, they are just enough to finish off a meal without making you feel like a pig. The choices are varied and all sound delicious. Erik helped us choose. My MIL took us to Seasons 52 during our Thanksgiving week visit. I've heard of Seasons 52 and didn't know that it was a chain. We arrived at around 1:30pm and very few people were here. The hostess was on the phone and our soon-to-be waitress was standing next to her. Neither greeted us, though, I wouldn't expect the hostess on the phone to interrupt the call, a smile would have been welcoming. We requested an outside table by the water and the hostess originally sat us further away so my MIL requested to be closer. Being that there were maybe 5 tables filled in the entire restaurant both inside and outside, I thought that there was a lack of attention to detail or attention to customers in general. This is all just first world problems, I know that, but being that our waitress wasn't the most friendly person around, I thought I'd mention all of it. Our waitress, she was fine. A bit brash but she did greet us at the table quickly, refill our waters, and our orders all came out at the same time and quickly. I did feel like she was a little snarky when my MIL had not paid yet because we were taking our time and talking. When we were leaving, she was in the entrance/exit and didn't see that we were trying to get around. She then said "oh, you guys are finally leaving?" Just strange mannerisms towards paying customers. My husband ordered the Mahi-Mahi tacos, my MIL had the caramelized grilled sea scallops, and I had the cedar plank-roasted salmon. We ended our meals with 3 of their mini jar desserts: key lime pie, raspberry chocolate chip cannoli, and the peanut butter chocolate. Everything was cooked perfectly and it all tasted fantastic. It's strange to say but the green beans were probably my favorite part of the meal, they were fresh and so good! I sampled a bite of the scallops and they were delicious. My husband's tacos were also good, especially the salad that came with it. Surprisingly, his lunch plate, which was cheaper than my MIL's and my meal, had a bigger portion. The desserts were nice and I definitely favored the key lime pie. I think $5 for a shot glass dessert was reasonably priced, I truly thought they would be more expensive. I don't know if I'll go back to Seasons 52, especially not this location unless my MIL offers again. Though the food was good, it wasn't memorable. It's also a pricey to come here unless you're ordering small or on the lunch menu. The most memorable part of our visit was the waitress and that's not a compliment. Can to eat at Seasons as I always do When I come to Singer Island. The usual vibrate scene lots of retirees vacationing. Good music, exciting atmosphere. First of all we had a reservation but we told them we were going to go ahead and sit at the bar. Usually they make sure we get our points for open table. This time. They just canceled the reservation and we lost our points. This is never been done to us. I have no idea why that was practice because we did come and ate at your restaurant so we get the points and we didn't. Second of all, we came to the bar. We waited a little bit before somebody came and gave us two menus and said I'm gonna give you a little time to think, and walked away, and we never saw her again. After I was waiting for a while. One of the person that was at the bar noticed look like a bar back, came and asked us if he wanted anything to drink. We ordered two glasses of champagne and quickly brought them and was very polite. The champagne that we usually order is one of my favorites, but unfortunately they were room temperature at Best. Not a good thing to have when you're drinking that kind of a drink. After we drank that we waited for a while, and try to get the attention of the young lady that gave us the menus, but she was busy doing something else, so we just waited to see who would take care of us. MIND U WE WERE RIGHT INFRONT OF HER. Finally after what seemed like 15 minutes a young gentlemen wearing glasses in a beard was very nice and took to our order. He communicated to us he will be taking care of us, not Haley. He took our order for food. I even asked for it in a Funky Way, two appetizers in the side and he accommodate me happily. I didn't know. The mushrooms were an extra cost, but I ordered it so I pay for it. My wife ordered a flat bread. The flat bread was half cooked half not cooked, half flat bread was wobbly and watering. The other half of the flat bread was toasted. Also, the ingredients on top did not taste like they were fresh. And it was cold !! We did order the avocado Toast, which was very good as always. I ordered two scallops skewers, which were awesome perfectly cooked and I ordered the risotto so I can add the mushrooms. I have always ordered the risotto here and it's always good. But this time it was watery . The water was separated from the rice. I had to mix it with my spoon. It was not even Room temperature. It was just stale and I ate it because I was hungry. Now we don't like to complain. We have a lot of good experiences at seasons so I don't like to complain but it was just off last night. I saw other people getting a little bit better treatment than we did while we were there. They didn't have to wait that long to place their order first of all, and second of all their food didn't come out like cars but you know. I mean. I don't know if it was off but not one wanted us when we got there other people were treated with welcomed arms . They were busy but we went to three people while we were there. Need us to say we didn't stay to have dessert or after dinner Drink because we were afraid of anything else to go array. I also ordered a glass of wine, and the wine was Room temperature, and this is a white wine which is a Nice wine. We've always received good Service at this very seasons and all seasons. We've been going since they opened, but I'm kind of shocked about the Service, and the quality of the food we got yesterday. Minus the scallops and the avocado Toast, Everything else was not at the par. The reason why I complain because of the fact that this is one of our Favorite restaurants and unfortunately we will be coming back. I think that when you're in a bar scene and is that busy being in the hospitality field Myself you should really prioritize when someone's sits down to at least set them up and then somewhere to say I am taking care of. One person , not have three different people Take care of us when they were free. This is totally not the way to do it especially in Palm Beach. We were a party of six last night and had dinner here. Our flatbread and hummus/artichoke appetizer were so tasty. Most of us had salads with either steak or tuna and top and we all enjoyed them. The portions are definitely sized perfectly we had a few drinks and there were a couple of mistakes but our server made it right and we had dessert on the house which was so good and I love that it was small portions. Larry was our server and he was fantastic. On top of everything and a really hard worker. Zach the manager was also great and personable. Definitely recommend for lunch or dinner. read more

Sorry for this Long overdue review After reading reviews we were not sure if we went to the right place. When we arrived into the parking lot the valet parking guy ran over to us and was insisting we have to valet park. I explain to him we didn't need to valet because we found a spot. Not to mention my vehicle was brand spanking new. The inside was dark & pretty dated Service was horrible the food was just as bad. I ordered steak hahhhh after returning it 3x's see photos I said forget it. The ambience is not what is expected of a Seasons 52restaurant!!! This location needs to be visited by Corporate. The servers are not well dressed and the greeting by the hostess area is lackluster. This location needs to be updated to be at par with the Dr. Philips location. We were so shocked we will never return. If you want an elegant evening, do not go to this location. It is super casual and does not have the ambience that Season the 52 is known for. We were extremely disappointed and will never return. It all began with the hostess, trying to see us at a bar despite our attire having come from a symphony we spoke to the manager Zack who clearly did not care to hear our concerns. Unexpected Bad Brunch Experience I go to Season's 52 often. Enjoying the superb service and food. However, not today. My mother received her entree in a timely manner. My entree, avocado toast and shrimp - I had to wait 25 more minutes. Was it the new server or a backed up kitchen. I do not know. I should have just canceled my entree items. When they finally arrived - I said I am taking this to go - give me the check. I hope this is not a sign that things have changed at this location. Maybe everyone is going to the Waterway Cafe that was recently rebuilt. Even though prices at this restaurant are higher, the service and food are very good. read more

We talked a few of our close friends into trying this restaurant as we had a previously good experience. My friends are highly cultured in the art of fine cuisine and customer service. I was embarrassed to have brought them here. We unknowingly came on a day where we were told we have to valet as they hadn't planned for the number of patrons. All staff were running around like chickens without their heads. To top it off, my spouse ordered a glass of wine only discover that the cost was a surprising $24+. She had no idea it was that cost and we felt compelled to not make a big deal about it at the time. While the restaurant decor was decent, this unexpected experience left me zonking this place, never to return. I suspect they knew they did us wrong as my wife later mentioned that a local manager was attempting to reach out to her. We will not take our business there again. Such a shame. We were looking forward to trying the Palm Beach location, as we heard the ambiance was so pleasant. I ordered scallops blackened. The entire dish was not hot. I did return it for some heat. I also told the waitress that they were not blackened. The manager came over to assure me that in fact they were blackened. I have had this dish many times and knew that she was incorrect, but I ate half my dish. When paying the check, it clearly said,"carmelized scallops". The manager should have checked with the kitchen to inform herself as to what blackened means, instead of her insisting that I was wrong. We will stick to our Boca Raton location. The Service staff were novices. They left a full table of dirty dishes on the table next to us, un-bussed for 65 minutes. Each staff person walked by, looked or added more dishes, and complained to another staff person that it was not their job! I came here for a luncheon and the staff did a very good job with dealing with all the special requests. I love the e salmon and the salad (caesar) as well as the green beans. And of course, the desserts are wonderful- especially the xanni one with the raspberry! My favorite! The parking here is a bit of a challenge but they do have complimentary valet if you need. The service was awesome. We had drinks and fabulous appetizers: grilled artichokes with hummus , crab cakes, salad, and flatbread. All yummy. Next we had a choice of 3 entrees- salmon, filet mignon, or rotisserie chicken. Most of us had the filet mignon and it was cooked properly according to our specifications. There were roasted potatoes on the side and string beans. There were also various desserts in cups; we couldn't ask for more. We did my dad's 85th birthday today and it was delicious, service was spot on. We gave our guests the choice of three entrees . Some of our guests had the roasted chicken said it was perfectly cooked and moist. Cedar Salmon which I ate was perfectly cooked and the green beans were cooked perfectly. The other option was the gnocchi which got rave reviews as well. We did assorted dessert shooters also huge hit. The room was small and dark for my liking, but it was available at the last minute. Ventured to Seasons 52 for lunch. Hostesses were friendly and seated us pretty quick, we got there about 12:40 weekday. The server was a slightly older lady, she was on it but stayed away too long from time to time. I ordered the caramelized brussel sprouts and they came out hot and delicious. So bomb! 10/10 highly recommend. I debated on an entree of steak tacos or chipotle bbq shrimp flatbread. Our server said both were delicious but she'd go with the steak. The tacos were a big disappointment. Meat was cold, they really didn't have much taste and they were served with a laughable tiny salad. I ate one full taco and the meat out the other two. Server asked how I liked them and I gave my honest opinion. She walked away and came back with promission from restaurant mgmt to make it right. I didn't ask, she did that all on her own. I appreciated that cause it's a lost art. Tried the chipotle bbq shrimp flatbread later on after reheating it in the air fryer and it was definitely 8/10. Friendly and Prompt service at the bar, just 10mins before happy hour ends 6pm on a Wednesday. Excellent offering for HH- glads of wine and amazing flatbread for $13. The bar was busy, so interaction with staff was limited however, attentive and pleasant when needed . Ambiance is dim-lit, upscale casual, albeit comfortable and accepting. At this hour, the bar crowd is aging with lots of couples happily conversing. The two tvs at the bar aren't functional, but would serve as a welcome alternative to my glances around the bar. My first time at the PBG location and not entirely dissimilar to my visits to Boca venue. All in all, my experience was a 5/5. Their food is consistently great across cities, I made it in time for Happy Hour, and I already had an expectation in mind, that the service and cook staff met with ease. One of the best new restaurants I have found. They have a gluten free menu and all their food is so fresh and innovative. I had a fish it was unique to Florida and it was great. Another visit I had their gluten free flat pizzas which was yummy. Chicken pesto was my favorite . We had an artichoke and hummus app which we loved. Great I e tea, my fav! Sweet little deserts which we tried and enjoyed. I went there for 4 nights in a row since I was mostly on my own. Loved the staff! A really friendly and attentive group ! I rarely write reviews, but my experience at this restaurant was so disappointing -- especially on my birthday -- that I feel it's important to share. My family chose this place to celebrate, and my mom had even arranged a birthday surprise with a cake to be brought to the table. The waitress never brought it out, and no one acknowledged the occasion at all. They also forgot one of our starters, and when my mom (who is in her 70s) politely mentioned it, the waitress argued with her. It escalated into a verbal back-and-forth that was extremely uncomfortable and completely ruined the atmosphere. We were shocked that a staff member would speak to a customer -- let alone an older woman -- that way. What should have been a special, simple birthday dinner with my family turned into an awkward, stressful experience. For the prices they charge, the service should be attentive and respectful. Unfortunately, it was the opposite. I hope management addresses these issues so other families don't have an experience like this. read more

A tale of two experiences. One good....one not so good. We're fans of eating at the bar, so we headed straight there. It took some time for the bartender to acknowledge us and when he did, he wasn't really present. Seemed like he was in a rush and was trying to rush us as well, but there was hardly anyone sitting at the bar...we counted three couples in all. Overall, the dinner service at the bar was not a good experience. It was also hard to ignore a number of empty wine boxes stacked up on the floor and inside the bar area. Let's get to the positive experience. The food was excellent. We had the lamb, which was cooked perfectly. We also had the filet migon, which was also cooked to perfection. I wanted to say, no I do not recommend Seasons 52, in order to try to keep people out of my favorite spot for dinner. But I can't do that. We don't go out often so when we do we want to enjoy a good meal, good drinks, and a pleasant atmosphere. Seasons 52 has always delivered. I know others will remind me there are other wonderful places and I know there are but I really enjoy the changing menu and the cocktails, not to mention a cool view over the Intracoastal Waterway. We've gone for lunches and dinners and it's always a great experience. My wife loves the filet Mignon and I always find something seasonal to enjoy. The atmosphere is calm and peaceful which is different than our usual mile-a-minute lives, so we relish a change of pace. The portion sizes are a treat in that, they are enough but not ridiculously large where you must take a doggie bag. I always feel pleasantly full after a meal there and not stuffed like some other places. The desserts are fun. They are small so you can have two, maybe three desserts and enjoy a few different things. And you really don't feel like you've overindulged. It's a little decadent but it's worth it. They have a wide selection of wines and I've tried a few. I've always been pleased but truth be told, their New Old Fashioned cocktail is something I look forward too and simply a treat for me to enjoy. What happened to Seasons 52??? We had personable waitstaff and delicious meals. The service however was terrible. A drink order was overlooked. Okay it happens. We finished our dinners and the plates sat on the table for a good 20 minutes after we finished. The restaurant seemingly has no busboys. The restaurant was less than 20 % full, with more than adequate waitstaff. Yet it was difficult getting the attention of any staff to bring the forgotten drink and to clear the table. We go to restaurants for good food and service. Again, Seasons delivered on the food but failed on the dining experience. There are plenty of other restaurants in the area that are able to supply both. We will pass on returning. read more
