We rented 'Oceans of Lovin'' in Seaside from January 9-11th. We were in town for our son's basketball tournament & this house was a perfect choice! The Hot Tub was very relaxing and we were surprised w/ garage filled with ping pong, air hockey, pop-a-shot and more! It was a wonderful weekend.

Huge king room with an ocean view

2026 March 20-22 Fantastic from holding a good location till checking out. I stayed at 361 S Promenade Condo. Unit 202. Second floor. 1. Service 10/10. I booked the last minute and Sarah kindly supported me even at 5 pm. I was provided an after hours phone number. Everything was ready for us by time of arrival. When I called to check on kettle and a blanket to spend time on the absolutely lovely patio - both were purchased and delivered to our condo immediately. With this level of service, you can truly relax - any question or request is handled thoughtfully and personally 2. Unit and location. Absolutely gorgeous. Second floor. Unit 202. You have the whole floor to yourself. An absolutely gorgeous patio with 2 doors leading to kitchen and to the master bedroom. The master bedroom king size bedroom is really huge and very comfy. AC. 2 fireplaces which heat the rooms. You also get a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, spices, ziplocks etc. Bathrooms are clean and beautiful. I loved everything and definitely recommend this location. 10/10

We spent Christmas (12/24-12/28) in Seaside and stayed at Sandpiper Cottage located at 120 13th Avenue, and it was such a lovely place to make holiday memories. The cottage is tucked away on a quiet street just steps from the beach and close to the Prom -- truly a perfect location, especially for our dog, who loved the easy beach access. The home was cozy, clean, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a stress-free stay. The beds were super comfy, the space felt warm and welcoming, and we especially loved having both indoor and outdoor areas to relax. The private deck and grill were a great bonus. The Seaside Vacation Homes staff was friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. We truly felt at home and would absolutely stay here again. Sandpiper Cottage will definitely be our go-to spot in Seaside!

Sunset view from the backyard at Whaler's Point.

We had a fabulous stay in Sunset Beach (Seaside Point View) in mid September. The unit #3940 Sunset Blvd was immaculate and the kitchen well appointed. The master bath had a huge jetted tub and separate shower. It was the view from both the living room and master bedroom that stole the show. Wish we could have stayed longer and would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet get away in a spectacular setting. Stunning beach walks were just minutes away with easy parking.

This is our 2nd year staying at the Seabreeze Bungalow located at 129 6th Avenue in Seaside. We enjoyed this home from Aug 22 - August 25th. This beautiful home comfortably accommodated our Hood-to-Coast team of 6 with plenty of room to spare. It has a private back yard, right on the prom and just yards from the beach!!! Definitely will stay here again!

We have been visiting this beautiful paradise for many years. This is our 2nd year booking the vacation house with seaside vacation homes and absolutely love it. Selah by the sea is one of a kind beach house. So much natural light, great beach vibes and beautiful thoughtful interior. Mitch made it extra special for us by celebrate husbands 50th birthday. This beach house have amazing views and location and we stayed here from 8th Aug to 13th Aug. We would absolutely come back in a heartbeat thanks for such amazing memories and hospitality

Pool and hot tub are well heated, but need some TLC as some tiles have fallen off and in need of a paint job. As other have stated, The TV's are very very tiny! Be aware if you want to watch movies or anything it's hard to watch due to the small size. The pool is well loved by kids of all ages so be prepared for noise from the time "pool hours" start until they end! Be sure to ask for discounts when checking in. The staff did not tell us anything and we missed out of some of the discounts. There is one for the aquarium too!!!!!

The pool didn't open until 8am so the early-risers among us couldn't access the pool area. Coffee & tea were available in the lobby in the morning. The individual rooms had full kitchens, fully stocked with dishes, pans, toaster, coffee maker (that spewed out hot coffee all over the counter and left a lot of grounds in the bottom of the pot), blender, silverware & serving utensils, etc. The bathrooms had hairdryers as well as extra sets of towels and beach towels. The bedrooms all had TVs with remotes and extra blankets. The living room had a TV, couch, overstuffed side chairs, coffee table, gas fireplace, a Murphy bed, a couple of stools at the kitchen counter and a dining table that seated 6. Figuring out the light & fan switches was challenging - no instructions were given as to how to turn on the fan. We never did figure the fan out. The door to the outside balcony wouldn't open but a phone call down to Guest Services revealed that there's a trick to opening it - why didn't they tell us that at check-in instead of having us almost break the door trying to get it open? If they know there's an issue, they should tell the guests upon arrival. Our unit had 3 bedrooms: a master with a king bed & Jacuzzi bathtub, a queen bedroom and a double twin bedroom. Only the master bedroom had a good view of the beach. The bathtubs had dispensers with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Upon check out, we were expected to empty the trash cans, put the used dishes in the dishwasher and start it, put all the towels in the bathtubs, and generally clean up after ourselves. The best experience with personnel was by far with Farid, who was tasked with fixing all of our door keys when we discovered they wouldn't open the doors. He was knowledgeable, charming, patient, knew what he was doing, and quickly accommodated all 18 of us disgruntled guests with a warm smile and a pleasant demeanor. Farid deserves a raise and Worldmark should hire more people like him. He is an asset to the company and definitely made the day a whole lot better just by being there. Thank you, Farid! You rock!

Of course, by then it was too late to find another place or get our money back from VRBO. 12 or 13 days of the 18 days, was loud banging and drilling during the morning (so you couldnt sleep in on your vacation). Its unbelievable they would do a month long construction project in the middle of prime rental season. We came back more stressed than we left. I spoke to the office and mgr. They said they had to do the project when it wasnt raining. I told them they should only rent rooms on the weekend then, or mark them half off or let ppl know early so they can make other plans. She had excuses about ppl canceling when they didnt know if it would be loud. How can a brand new roof be anything but? We fought w them and VRBO for months to get a puny $900 off a $6K+ rental. I recommend a dozen other options on the prom w higher ratings. Always ask if there is any construction planned or any on the bldgs next door. The year before, the pool was closed the entire 3 weeks we were there (Sept - prime vacation time). In addition to the roofing project, one elevator was down the whole time, making for extra long waits since 1 working elevator was shared by 6 floors. This place has worn out its welcome. U can do better.

Looks like it's been closed for over two months. They only let us know 3 days before. When I called the next day they said it was fixed. I checked in and it was still closed lol. Very bad on that part. Fix your pool or say it is closed! Our windows in the bedrooms were very dusty and dirty. The vents in the bathroom didn't work so on a hot day we would take showers and humid would linger for two days in the bathroom. They need to lower the price since it's not what it seems. Overall it was a good stay but wish they didn't lie about the pool. Donnamae, she was at front desk when we checked in. Amazing customer service. She went above and beyond. She also speaks Spanish!

On September 24, 2025 went and made my final payment for the property and noticed that the property address was available. Went to Zillow to check for additional photos and get more info on the area. The house is "FOR SALE" and went on the market on September 5, 2025. Contacted Vacasa and of course Tier 1 support is not very helpful so asked to speak to a supervisor. Spoke with Tonya and expressed my concern about not being notified that the house is on the market and was told there is nothing to be concerned with - Realtors will be told that the house is not available for showings while the house is being rented and that if the house is sold previous to your stay, the stay will still be honored per their contract with the homeowner. Still expressed my concern about random people coming by while we were on vacation and asked for a full refund. Sorry! we can refund you stay minus the cancellation fee per our policy, So I ask, what is your policy on informing guests when a property goes on the market - "I don't know what that policy is and would have to go and find out." Cancelled the reservation immediately and lost out on the cancellation fee because we were willing to lose out a $160 versus the stress of having our vacation interrupted by some real estate agent or random person coming by. Horrible Customer Service and will not be using Vacasa in the future. This is not how you treat customers.
