Love to get away to this spot! Right on the beach. Great for sunsets. So relaxing! The management is great. Angela is the best ! My dogs get so excited as soon as we pull up... Every time!

Very pleasant experience during our overnight stay. We stayed in unit 103 which was very well equipped with everything you need. It was very clean and comfortable. Loved the decor. Ocean view is very nice although not steps away from the ocean. Will definitely go back and stay longer.

Great location + price + thoughtful little touches gets the tradewinds a 5 star review. When we were looking for suites at seaside, pretty much everything was well over 200$ a night even for mid week stay, we found the tradewinds at 139$ and quickly took that deal! Great location on the Prom, many places to shop or eat within a half-mile walk. Also beach access was just outside the condos, great location at the end of the prom, our beach was filled with very few people as most of the people were down where most of the hotels were. Great touches by management include a bottle of sparkling cider with two glasses, a vase with fresh flowers and a special surprise for our son (coloring book, treasure map, goodie bag with candy and sand dollar). We loved that we could get a suite for under 150$ in Seaside.

Nifty place with considerable amenities like a kitchenette (good for testing the smoke detector) and "fireplace," a comfy bed and a shoreline view! The front desk closes at 8 pm here, so don't get locked out! The proprietors are friendly and stay very close by, in units facing the rooms as I found out, so maybe you could wake them up and ask for help. So yes, I did wake them up, but not on purpose. We came back to the room from the shore at the inhumane hour of 2 AM and were talking, just talking, not going WOOOO in the night, not in a heated debate about whether Han shot first, talking, apparently loud enough to get the stink-eye from one bleary-eyed proprietor (cool phrase huh!). We're a bit younger than their typical clientele, but not raising a ruckus so I could have done without the grudgeful stares! Maybe I'd stay here again, but I wouldn't want to cause anymore lost sleep.

The staff could not be any more friendly or wonderful! We stayed 3 nights in September (after Labor day on a weekend) and were so very delighted with this place! The location is the BEST in Seaside. There are LOTS of hotels here and MOST of them are crowded together in the center of town where hundreds and hundreds of tourists crowded onto a tiny section of beach - at least half a mile away from Tradewinds. Our end of the beach had a GLORIOUS view and was very quiet compared to the crowds just south of us. It was amazing, like having a private beach! My sweetheart had his birthday during our stay and the staff left him a card and goodie sack filled with treats! I thought that was a really lovely touch. We were delighted with our tiny room. Beautifully appointed in seaside decor, the bed is COMFORTABLE, and the view of Tillamook Rock (with lighthouse when not obscured with fog) is stunning. If you want a cozy comfortable stay on the quiet end of Seaside, you've found it!

I had an amazing and relaxing experience. My studio was as expected if not better. I had everything I needed. Brought my pup with me. Plenty of potty space (beach is right across the street). House keeping is super friendly. Front office is very nice and helpful. They live on site and are open from 9 to 7 which is awesome. Very available. They have salt water taffy, movies, coffee, and snacks at the office. So relaxing! Definitely coming back.

Of course, by then it was too late to find another place or get our money back from VRBO. 12 or 13 days of the 18 days, was loud banging and drilling during the morning (so you couldnt sleep in on your vacation). Its unbelievable they would do a month long construction project in the middle of prime rental season. We came back more stressed than we left. I spoke to the office and mgr. They said they had to do the project when it wasnt raining. I told them they should only rent rooms on the weekend then, or mark them half off or let ppl know early so they can make other plans. She had excuses about ppl canceling when they didnt know if it would be loud. How can a brand new roof be anything but? We fought w them and VRBO for months to get a puny $900 off a $6K+ rental. I recommend a dozen other options on the prom w higher ratings. Always ask if there is any construction planned or any on the bldgs next door. The year before, the pool was closed the entire 3 weeks we were there (Sept - prime vacation time). In addition to the roofing project, one elevator was down the whole time, making for extra long waits since 1 working elevator was shared by 6 floors. This place has worn out its welcome. U can do better.

Looks like it's been closed for over two months. They only let us know 3 days before. When I called the next day they said it was fixed. I checked in and it was still closed lol. Very bad on that part. Fix your pool or say it is closed! Our windows in the bedrooms were very dusty and dirty. The vents in the bathroom didn't work so on a hot day we would take showers and humid would linger for two days in the bathroom. They need to lower the price since it's not what it seems. Overall it was a good stay but wish they didn't lie about the pool. Donnamae, she was at front desk when we checked in. Amazing customer service. She went above and beyond. She also speaks Spanish!

The pool didn't open until 8am so the early-risers among us couldn't access the pool area. Coffee & tea were available in the lobby in the morning. The individual rooms had full kitchens, fully stocked with dishes, pans, toaster, coffee maker (that spewed out hot coffee all over the counter and left a lot of grounds in the bottom of the pot), blender, silverware & serving utensils, etc. The bathrooms had hairdryers as well as extra sets of towels and beach towels. The bedrooms all had TVs with remotes and extra blankets. The living room had a TV, couch, overstuffed side chairs, coffee table, gas fireplace, a Murphy bed, a couple of stools at the kitchen counter and a dining table that seated 6. Figuring out the light & fan switches was challenging - no instructions were given as to how to turn on the fan. We never did figure the fan out. The door to the outside balcony wouldn't open but a phone call down to Guest Services revealed that there's a trick to opening it - why didn't they tell us that at check-in instead of having us almost break the door trying to get it open? If they know there's an issue, they should tell the guests upon arrival. Our unit had 3 bedrooms: a master with a king bed & Jacuzzi bathtub, a queen bedroom and a double twin bedroom. Only the master bedroom had a good view of the beach. The bathtubs had dispensers with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Upon check out, we were expected to empty the trash cans, put the used dishes in the dishwasher and start it, put all the towels in the bathtubs, and generally clean up after ourselves. The best experience with personnel was by far with Farid, who was tasked with fixing all of our door keys when we discovered they wouldn't open the doors. He was knowledgeable, charming, patient, knew what he was doing, and quickly accommodated all 18 of us disgruntled guests with a warm smile and a pleasant demeanor. Farid deserves a raise and Worldmark should hire more people like him. He is an asset to the company and definitely made the day a whole lot better just by being there. Thank you, Farid! You rock!

On September 24, 2025 went and made my final payment for the property and noticed that the property address was available. Went to Zillow to check for additional photos and get more info on the area. The house is "FOR SALE" and went on the market on September 5, 2025. Contacted Vacasa and of course Tier 1 support is not very helpful so asked to speak to a supervisor. Spoke with Tonya and expressed my concern about not being notified that the house is on the market and was told there is nothing to be concerned with - Realtors will be told that the house is not available for showings while the house is being rented and that if the house is sold previous to your stay, the stay will still be honored per their contract with the homeowner. Still expressed my concern about random people coming by while we were on vacation and asked for a full refund. Sorry! we can refund you stay minus the cancellation fee per our policy, So I ask, what is your policy on informing guests when a property goes on the market - "I don't know what that policy is and would have to go and find out." Cancelled the reservation immediately and lost out on the cancellation fee because we were willing to lose out a $160 versus the stress of having our vacation interrupted by some real estate agent or random person coming by. Horrible Customer Service and will not be using Vacasa in the future. This is not how you treat customers.
