We live in the Thousand Oaks, CA area in an old 1,700 sq. ft. mobile home that we completely gutted and renovated inside with new walls, ceilings, and floors in every room. The results are amazing, thanks to Skip and his crew. Our little cottage is a jewel because of their superior craftsmanship in finishing off the drywall with plaster on walls and the ceiling. The textures they applied are beautifully even, orange peel on the walls and knock-down on the ceiling, much better than the effect achieved in our former much larger house by someone else. The edges at corners of windows and doors are flawless! Skip is very prompt, comes when he says he will, charges a fair price, works hard to do the job quickly, and cleans up pretty well. I would recommend clearing your rooms of everything to protect your furniture and mirrored doors. The good news is any splatter washes off surfaces like windows, etc. with water. Plan on the plaster drying/curing for a couple of days before priming and painting. Do install a new shower surround before you put up green board dry wall. We didn't realize that the shower kit would necessitate taking down our new walls to get at the studs. Thank goodness, Skip came back and finished off the ragged edges left by our shower installation. You can't even tell we goofed! Call Skip for a quote. He's a pro. He brings his supplies and includes those in his price. He's an amiable fellow with a lovely wife and darling little boy! Good luck with your renovation or new construction projects!--K.
