Garret came in slightly under the others - and actually was able to do a little more within my budget than the other options! We also love that when he came out, he actually had sample grasses for us to pick from on the spot and a booklet of all the paver options, so it was easy to visualize the end result. He also gave me a much better warranty on the work he did than anyone else. The team worked fast and efficiently. And once they started, they finished within a week. And when it was done, they let me keep the excess materials, in case we ever need repairs down the line. Highly recommend!

But the recent earthquake prompted me to write this. It's about the damage from said earthquake.... of which there was NONE!!! The reason I mention it is we had an addition that was done years ago and the concrete was literally crumbling. Andy and crew came up with a solution, we agreed upon a price and he began the work. When the work was unexpectedly simpler than expected Andy came to me (I didn't have to ask) and told me the price would be considerably lower and offered a lower price. But since I had a bunch of other projects we applied that money to those projects. So he finished the foundation and the other projects within the original time and budget allotted. BTW none of the other older projects showed any damage from the earthquake or just time going by, including 200' of 6' tall concrete block wall on the edge of a slope.
