Was the least relaxing part of vacation. Pregnancy massage was supposed to start at 10AM, masseuse didn't arrive until 10:40 to open door & let me in to start my service all while reeking of alcohol entire massage. Got told I'd have a discount for the inconvenience. After paying, signing, & leaving I was texted hours later asking if they could recharge my card for more due to too much of discount being given. read more

My wife and I booked a couples massage with Alishia and Jamie. It was our second time at this business and first in Alishia's new location. Let me start out by saying it was the BEST massage my wife and I have ever had. Both massage therapists were sensitive to individual needs/requests, were extremely detailed in facial, neck and full body massage and were very professional and kind. We cannot think of having a better experience in any massage facility. We really wanted them to move to California so we could more frequently benefit from their service. We highly recommend Alishia's business as she is professional and SO thorough in providing a therapeutic experience. My wife and I couldn't stop talking about it for the rest of the day! Book her and Jamie now...they are amazing! read more

Jamie is AMAZING!! Just what my body needed. She is methodical, strong, and created the most relaxing environment. She encouraged me at the end in things I can do at home, and her encouragement was just what I needed to hear. I can't recommend her highly enough. Thank you, Jamie, for helping me on my wellness journey. read more

Wonderful massage and incredibly sweet masseuse. I enjoyed my time here immensely. The deep tissue massage made a big difference for my neck and shoulders. read more

We made appointments for 4 of us. The business texted me all 4 appointments reminders, along with emails to confirm - a few times. Upon arrival the lady said we only had appointments for 3. I showed her my text messages and she said one of the gals wasn't responding and didn't think she would be coming in. We were all going to leave, but I told my friends to go ahead and get their massages. I left and they did offer to give me a massage afterwards, but we had a full day planned and that would have made us miss out on other things we had scheduled. I know things happen but they should have let us know that one of their therapist wasn't going to make it, before our arrival. We would have canceled and went elsewhere. In my opinion it wasn't handled well. read more

Outstanding massage! My wife and I got a couples massage here. We both told the staff that our necks and shoulders were our problem areas and that's where they should focus. Let me tell you... the masseuse absolutely annihilated my neck (in the best way possible). I've had dozens of massages and this is easily top 3. Great place to check out if you're in town!!! read more

Seaside massage and spa are absolutely amazing! My girlfriends and I booked them as part of our activities for our bachelorette weekend. Alisha the owner is so kind and helpful with booking and coordinating everything. Each of her masseuse and facial therapists are incredible people. They all made us feel comfortable and relaxed. They are 10/10 and would totally visit again, next time we're in seaside. Thank you! read more

Alishia and Jamie provided one of the best massages and facial care I've ever received. Alishia (sp?) Is an amazing owner. Very personable and knowledgeable. She is amazing and so accommodating. I had to move my massage and she easily rearranged the schedule. She also amazingly recognized the insane amount of tension I carry everywhere. Her knowledge of all the muscle groups and how to release tension is outstanding. Would absolutely return when I make a trip back. Jamie's facials also include an added benefit of an amazing foot and hand massage. Plus my face is radiant. I wish I could utilize these two individuals more. You're missing out if you don't book them. It was a very worthwhile birthday treat. read more

We got the couple's package which came with some extras like some homemade chocolate covered strawberries that were divine, literally the best we've ever had and some drinks. The experience was 10/10 and we plan on getting this again the next time we come down to seaside. read more

My appointment was with Cheri. The process for getting an appointment was very easy & done on line. When I arrived & met Cheri, I asked her if she had been there long. She was immediately on the offensive. She was not one of the people I had read about on reviews. She informed me that she didn't ask people to put her name on reviews & her fingers didn't have to touch me. The owner was sitting there & had nothing to say. I was very close to leaving, but thought I would give it a go in spite of the interaction. She took me to a room and I asked her if she could do something with the temperature, it was cold to me. She guessed she could and turned off the fan. I asked her if she would be ok with it off and rather rudely she told me we'd see. The music was very loud, but I was afraid to ask her to lower it. Later I found out why it's so loud. We moved forward.... When she came back her attitude seemed to be much improved. She let me know that she was caught off guard by my questions and apologized. I apologized as well & explained that we are full time travelers & rely on reviews to help pick a business. The massage was very nice and Cheri became very pleasant & warm. The room was visually pleasant, but you can hear everything that goes on in that business as well as the retail business on the first floor. There was no relaxing for me. The price was high, but seemed to be inline with the area. This is not a business I would recommend to my fellow travelers. read more

Wonderful experience here today! I got a wax and my wife got a massage and we were both treated like royalty. The place is very tranquil, upstairs from a quaint antique shop. Shop is meticulously clean and well decorated, prices reasonable. I have gotten waxed many times but the care and precision Kristi put into it was amazing. She is gentle and careful and if you're new to this, you would feel at ease right away. It just felt like an indulgence which I usually don't feel after waxing. I would definitely visit again and try some of their other services. Staff is responsive and pleasant on the phone and even more delightful in person. Treat yourself when you're in town. Thanks for a great experience! read more

What a special place!!! They have thought of every detail from the environment, decor and products they sell. So wonderfully thought out! As far as the service I had a deep tissue massage with special focus on my neck and jaw! Amazing! I keep describing this place to everyone as "swanky"! It's got a clean, modern vibe and I want whoever decorated it to decorate my house too!! ...It's so well done! A great place on the coast to relax for a massage, a big room for couples massage + waxing, facials and other services. Can book online or call direct which makes it easy too. Would definitely recommend. *A little hard to find at first but worth it...in downtown Seaside, across from Nonni's Italian restaurant, above Rust & Dust antique shop. read more

Kristi gave me the best massage I've had in over a year and a half. She is highly intuitive in her approach and really knows what she's doing. I prefer pretty deep tissue massage and usually don't get the appropriate amount of pressure and I feel she really nailed it! I feel wonderful! She showed me knots I didn't know I had and worked through them nice and slow! Kristi is also super nice and easy to talk to :) Thanks so much for an amazing experience! read more

My experience with Seaside Massage Spa was amazing. After suffering for days with an extremely painful upper back and neck with little or no help from anti inflammatory medicine, I called SM & S at 10:00 am sharp on the Saturday morning of my Seaside weekend vacation. I was scheduled with Jess just an hour and a half later. The location and space was great and Jess was just what I needed. A perfect balance of pressure point and deep tissue massage left me extremely happy I chose this place out of a number of places that popped up on my web search. After 5 hours I'm already feeling much improved! Thank you Jess and thank you Seaside Massage and Spa for being there for me when I needed you! A massage with Jess will be on my list of priorities (pain or not) when I visit Seaside in the future. read more
