My mom and I both received a 50 minute Swedish massage and it was glorious. Ray made me feel comfortable and made sure to ask about pressure and temperature. The spa was small but very cozy. Access to the Hallmark Resort pool, hot tub and sauna were included with the appointment. I would definitely return! read more

Both addressed our special needs and were warm, professional and had a perfect touch! We were staying at the Hallmark Inn for our 2nd anniversary and I was interested in having a couples massage. We had a bad experience the last time we tried a couple's massage in Miami so I was hoping that this would be a better experience. Melissa is the spa manager and had been working with me via email and phone to help get the appointment setup. She threw in a chakra shower which I had never experienced before. We arrived and had a hard time finding the spa. It is connected and on-site to the Hallmark Resort but there is not signage off the walkway. It is tucked back across from the hotel rooms on that row. We walked past the row a few times and finally had to try and found the spa. We had the side by side massage and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I don't know if they handle men's massage differently than women's but it seemed that the masseuses handled us differently. The spa didn't know about Melissa giving us a complimentary shower so they had us get dressed & then we had to change into robes again. Not a big deal and they were super nice about it. We were able to get the shower alone and they offered some great smelling toiletries for us to use. The shower was a super hot/steam shower and it was very relaxing. We sat and relaxed and were told we could stay as long as we wanted. I would recommend again as prices were fair & on par with most spas and I liked the personal touch. read more

We booked a couples massage during our stay at the Cannon Beach Hallmark Resort. We were a little leery about doing so, as we had stayed at the sister property in Newport and had a couples massage the week before, and it was very disappointing. However, Elements by the Sea Spa was wonderful! Kate and Gina were fabulous. The couples room was warm and welcoming. The quality of the massage was excellent. *review during covid* Booked last minute trip to hallmark hotel and decided to try the spa. I was hesitant to get a massage and facial at first, but after reading the review I decided to do it. When i first walked in everyone was wearing a mask, and during my massage I felt very safe because my therapist and so was I.The massage was okay, I've had better massage but the lady was nice. After my massage the masseuse took me to the other room for my facial. As I was getting ready, I saw a glimpse of my facialist without a mask! And mask is mandatory so I thought she would put it on when she walked in. During my facial I had my eyes closed the entire time and I didn't check if she was wearing it or not. The first thing she did was putting a scorching hot towel on my face and then rubbed it really roughly. I said ouch it's hot and she kept on doing it! As she continues, I felt her breathing and burping on my face. I was so terrified but I couldn't open my eyes because she put products all over my eyelids, even though I put down that I'm wearing contacts. I can feel the products inside my eyes. This was the worst facial experience I've ever had!! After we're done and I saw her without a mask.I was terrified! This person is risking my health and I'll never comeback to this place again!! read more

My partner and I did the Triple Treatment and it was incredible! You start with a full body scrub and then get to shower in the hydrotherapy shower/steam shower combo. Then you get a massage. Worth every penny, the massage therapists were really talented and made our experience great. The views were incredible as well. Highly recommend!! read more

My expectations were blown away by Elements Spa. My husband and I got the romance package that included a body scrub, wrap and massage plus their 6 headed wave shower. We have a lot of experience at spas, getting massages etc and this place has raised the bar. They start you by their fireplace drinking water or tea and introduce themselves. Once in the therapy room, two tables for the treatments, zen lighting, and aromatherapy. The scrub was coconut and just what our dry skin needed. The chocolate wrap and warmth of the bed made us both melt and fall asleep. Once we got in their wave shower we were blown away. It's a combo shower and sauna and it was all we could do to get out of there we loved it so much. By the time we made it back to the tables for our massages, our therapists had more water and robes waiting for us. So professional, comfortable and the ultimate experience. My therapist was Kate and my husbands was Jackie and they both were superb at their massage techniques. I suffer from chronic neck stiffness and TMJ and Kate addressed it in a caring way. She used a combo of orange and peppermint oils on me and my husband got Eucalyptus. Overall, we would come back here in a heart beat.
