The esthetician told me she tends to get very busy Thursday afternoon, so I timed it well. I needed my eyebrows, upper lip, and chin threaded. She also ended up threading my nose. I had such an amazing experience at Yek Rose, truly a 5-star facial from start to finish!…read more I have very sensitive skin, so I'm always extremely careful about where I go and what products are used on my face. This was one of the best decisions I've made for my skincare routine. The level of care, attention, and professionalism was outstanding. The products felt high-quality and gentle, yet incredibly effective. I had zero irritation, no acne, and no burning afterward, which is rare for me. Instead, I saw an immediate glow right after the session. My skin looked refreshed, hydrated, and healthy. You can tell Yekta truly care about skin health and not just quick results. As someone who takes skincare seriously, I felt completely confident and comfortable throughout the entire experience. Highly recommend to anyone especially if you have sensitive skin and want real results without any damage. I'll definitely be coming back!

I didn't fully realize that my brows made a such a difference in my appearance. When Claire finished her work I felt like my eyebrows looked like they did when I was younger. I also started receiving complements again about my eyes. Who knew my eyebrows were so related to how my eyes are perceived. I am a redhead and also noted that as my brows naturally faded they kept their auburn color. The faded microblading didn't turn an unnatural orange between sessions as I have seen happen to many others.

Bottom line.... GO TO KAITLYN AT BRIDGEPORT!!…read more I haven't let anyone touch my brows but myself in 8 years.... TBH I was scared of going to anyone else after some serious disasters over the years. However after realizing I had over tweezed and shaped my brows too thin over time, I made the choice to grow them out and go to Kaitlyn Zenger. Normally I would just grow them out and reshape them again myself, however Kaitlyn's reputation of being an amazing eyebrow specialist has grown tremendously since meeting her in school. I knew she was the one who could help me and I could trust her to do what I needed with no traumas. I went to beauty school with her and she's always been known to be a wizard with waxing...specifically eyebrows even from the first service she performed on a client. Eyebrow shaping really is an art and not everyone can do it right...even after good training. She is a complete natural at it and does it in a way that is less painful than anyone else I've ever had wax me. She's incredibly thorough, friendly and professional. She even gave me some great recommendations to help me with my brow journey. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. Since I've gone to school and know proper sanitation protocols I'm super conscious of infection control and cleanliness. Everything from the time I walked in to the time I walked out was spot on and on par or above state regulations. That in itself should sell you on this place as at least 80% of other places that offer waxing services aren't abiding to sanitation regulations, don't practice proper infection control protocols and/or use subpar products. When you're dealing with waxing and vulnerable skin you NEED to be knowledgeable and aware of what to look for and know you're in a clean place. I can't recommend Kaitlyn enough. I didn't even know I could have such a nice clean shape, these are seriously the best I've ever had my eyebrows without makeup. I'm in utter shock on the magic she did with the mess I gave her to work with. My grown out brows were pretty tricky to shape a good eyebrow out of.
