Since I'm still not able to reach down to my toes, I didn't want any new polish put on but she carefully took care of my feet as if I was getting a full-on pedicure (which I would have gotten if I'd had the time today). Jennie was efficient and gentle with my feet and I will definitely book a full pedicure with her soon. The salon was brightly lit, pleasantly quiet and very clean. I had to ask her multiple times to fix them. On the cheese grading part (terrible way to say it), she barely touched my calluses. I was actually shocked at the experience. Will never go back and cannot recommend them. Oh and when I was checking out, she reminded me to tip. Seriously? I tipped but it would have been much more had it been a good experience. Just terrible. Was it worth $30? Maybe. But for two of us, it cost $149 without a tip (we did have shellac). So disappointed
