I have never had a bad experience, and if I wasn't happy with my nails, she would fix it for free because she guarantees her work. Her salon is comfortable with a massage chair and even a foot massager. I also never have to worry about infections or cleanliness because she keeps her place pretty spotless AND has an air purifier. I have asthma so I really appreciate these extra touches. But be warned , you do need an appointment and she fills up quickly.

Since I'm still not able to reach down to my toes, I didn't want any new polish put on but she carefully took care of my feet as if I was getting a full-on pedicure (which I would have gotten if I'd had the time today). Jennie was efficient and gentle with my feet and I will definitely book a full pedicure with her soon. The salon was brightly lit, pleasantly quiet and very clean.
