This used to be my favorite place to go, the staff appears friendly and welcoming and always remembers your preferences. The last visit will definitely be just that, the last time. I was set with a very rude and unprofessional nail technician. She was abrupt, demanding and was very vocal in her communication with the surrounding technicians, in their native language. When I started to get the ick feeling I used Google translation to see what the ladies were talking about. Needless to say, they were all talking poorly about the customers in the shop. Not one of them asked her to stop talking poorly and several of them joined in. I don't get my nails done like ever so I didn't really have a plan of what I wanted for my nails, but the ladies here gave me ideas and bounced some ideas around and ended up with these beautiful nails, the only thing is is that they did not give me a price beforehand so I was a little shocked with the price at the end which was $81 but I love my nails and I don't get my nails done often so I think this was reasonable for my nails. read more

Absolutely Love the people at Lovely Nails! Some how us being there 3 times in a year is them remembering us! To the point they remember what we get done! Everything is always clean, they are happy to help you, and they actually talk to you!!! I love that they have drink options for while you are there to help you enjoy your time. Pricing seems on par with everything else. We get the top of line pedicures for $60. We get salts in the water, scrub, hot wax, hot towels and a nice massage. My fiance gets acrylic nails and they always do a wonderful job and have fixed one that broke for free a week later! read more

Had a bad experience here at lovely nails. I got dipped nails. I got a very simple short nail look. I got one color and no design. I was told it would be $50 but by the end she charged me $61. My nails are very blotchy and uneven. Leaving a lot of polish on my skin. I did not like the color I picked first, was too light. I asked to change it for a darker color. When I asked for that request she gave me attitude and then speeded up the progress. She did not offer me a beverage or even water. Very disappointed and I won't be back. read more

I still didn't get everything, including callous smoothing....mine are nothing to really not that bad and they didn't even touch the great toes, the only place I have a callous. Worst place to go to get your nails done. I went and got a fill less than 2 months ago And right after I got it done I knew something wasn't feeling right. My thumb swelled up. I got an infection and I almost lost my whole entire thumb because they don't know how to clean their tools. Very proper and they are very rude. They do not care for their customers. read more

I've been going here for years. Always best to schedule an appointment versus a walk in (especially with covid/staffing issues), and know who to ask for. I've been doing acrylics with Nina for almost a year, and am really happy. (My mom has been seeing her over 10 years). She's proactive to correct lifting (if there is any) and replaces nails as need be. I've had zero issues. She's quick and accurate, and I'm happy to see her every 2 weeks.
