She will also ask if you like soft, medium, or hard pressure, she also asks at different points in the massage if everything is alright. After she's finished massaging she will leave the room and come back with grab warm towels to get the oil off your body. She will let you know when she is finished. I did 4/5 stars because I was charged $65, instead of the $60 and because she asked for a tip at the end. I'm assuming this $5 a charge for paying with card, but it was not communicated ahead of time. Other than that I really enjoyed my massage.

It was a sad day for a massage here. I went in to get an appointment as they weren't answering the…read morephone. That should've been my first clue to not come in lol. When I went into the space, there were two flies battling each other. It was also a very rundown facility. The woman who was to massage me started her massage with hands that were shaking uncontrollably. It was so bad that I had to stop her and tell her that her hands were shaking. She commented that if she didn't do it "hard", it would be OK. I let her continue but the hands didn't stop shaking. The other woman walked in, showed her how to massage and then walked out. The lady then continued to massage and struck one of my bones in my neck. She left the room and I knew the massage was over at 20 minutes in. I stood up & when she came back in she kept saying 30 minutes, 30 minutes. She encouraged me to get the rest of the Massage. She wiped off the oil and I dressed at 20 minutes. When I went out to the lobby, she tried to charge me $50 for 30 minutes. She knew her hands were shaking; she knew we didn't make it 20 minutes. I told her she needed to not put her hands on anyone else until she grounded herself. I told her to go in the back and drink some tea. She tried to argue with me. I felt bad so I gave her $30. I would never ever go to this place again.

Normally nail techs will push the cuticle back and trim around the nails and whatnot, I did not get that. When he was filing my acrylic nail on my pinky, he cut my pinky (not terrible but still he cut it). The acrylic isn't all the way on my nail like to the back, not super smooth. The shape isn't bad either. But it's definitely a little wider than what I wanted but I didn't want him to file more. When it came time to pay I handed him $50 and my husband was bringing the rest of the money in. Total was $55 and he told my husband $15 more. And we couldn't get that extra money back. My mother in law goes in here all the time and likes them but I'm not a fan. I was wanting to go somewhere else on my birthday but they were closed that week. It is pretty quiet in there, soft music playing. They didn't talk much. The wife talked to me more than he did. Only things he said was "what shape" and the price. Other than that it was a pretty awkward appointment. The color of my nails is amazing. I just wish I had a better experience. Also normally nail techs are nice and pretty gentle but he wasn't. Filing my nails too rough. Kinda swatted my hand out of the way. I don't know if it's just me but I thought I'd put my experience out there for others.
