He not only found a suit that fit well, he got it hemmed in time (and found me a sale to boot). Knowing I would be pressed for time, Donald even pressed my shirt for me. He was a miracle worker with a great sense of style, and deep knowledge of how to help me get the most out of my wardrobe (and dollar). 10/10 would shop again.

I canceled the rental on February 3, 2025, and was promised a refund of $202.46. Over 3 months later, after visiting the store more than 10 times, I still have not received my refund. The employees, including the manager, repeatedly gave me false promises, excuses, and contradictory answers, but no actual solution. They wasted my time and showed zero professionalism or accountability. I eventually had to escalate the issue to corporate just to get a response. The next step will be reporting to BBB and my bank if I don't get any response from corporate. I strongly recommend avoiding this store location. They do not honor their word, they mishandle refunds, and they show complete disregard for customer service.

AFW assured me that he would contact me with sample colors to match the swatch. The tuxedo was DELIVERED to my boyfriend's address within 1 week! That was record timing! The tuxedo looked GREAT! Nor did he ever point that out on the receipt. I would have never paid for the dress if he stated that.... that sounds like trickery to get consumers money. So I text the "corporate" office to let them know how Alpha Formal Wear in Beltway Plaza Mall 6000 Greenbelt Rd, Greenbelt, MD 20770-were handling business, to only receive a called from the so called "SALESPERSON" telling me that the "corporate office does not talk or deal with customer" ,now I found that very strange business practice...
