However, my experience with the staff, particularly Collette, was disappointing. After my exam, I worked with Collette to try on frames for my low prescription. I found a pair I liked but decided to hold off until I felt better and could return with a second opinion. Collette made a subtle remark under her breath about hoping the frames would still be there, which struck me as unnecessary. Two days later, she called to ask if I was coming back for the frames. When I explained that I was still deciding and had requested a copy of my prescription, her tone noticeably shifted. She sounded curt and dismissive, and told me getting my prescription wasn't her department, even though the front desk is only steps away. When I later called back for an update, she answered again and was just as dismissive. I didn't feel confident my request would be followed through, and asked to speak with someone else. Her response made it clear that helping me was a burden. Ultimately, I had to make a third contact and visit the office in person to get my prescription. Even then, it wasn't signed by the doctor, and no one, including Collette, acknowledged the confusion or offered an apology. I've worked in customer service and wouldn't speak to any customer the way I was spoken to. I expected more from an office with such strong reviews and designer branding. Unfortunately, due to the unprofessional behavior I experienced, I won't be returning.

Warby Parker offers stellar customer service. I did not need an eye exam , but those are available at a reasonable cost. Why Warby works for me? Because they offer a good product , at a good price point , with comfortable retail shopping space for those whom enjoy the "shopping experience " and always offer good customer service. Their Teams know the product , explain it well- and let's not forget - THEY DONATE A PAIR for every pair sold! Stellar. That's a lethal combination to not only set them apart from the competition, but rule over it gracefully and just let all the clients come to them. They did retire my old pair, but I'm very happy with my new selection. Not only did I get a discount , the new set will arrive in less than 14 days. Definitely recommend them .

Itis not the amount that bothers me, its their system for charging a credit card. If you take 70 cents to every customer, that would add up quickly. I will rerate my review after I get my glasses in 2 weeks. Part 2 I received the glasses and they were not even close to my prescription, as the vision was all fuzzy and I returned the glasses. The staff double checked the lens and they matched their prescription. Then they checked my current glasses and they found they were different than theirs, so I asked for a refund for the glasses and the exam. They refunded just the glasses, the prescription is unusable as written as it does not match my needs. I would never come back to Warby Parker, as I feel like I have not received anything for my money.

They took current insurance info as soon as I entered and then I was immediately taken directly back to get assessments of vision and eye health. I was seen by Dr Masood who probably conducted the most comprehensive eye exam I've ever received. She evaluated my current contacts, my dry eyes, my risk of glaucoma. I had mentioned that while my vision with my current prescription was clear, I sometimes felt eye strain at the end of the day. She explained how eye comfort is always a shared goal with clear vision. So she slightly readjusted my prescription to maximize vision clarity and comfort. I am very pleased with the outcome. I would highly recommend this practice and specifically this physician!
