Everyone here is very friendly & has always been very helpful over the last 3 years I have been here.

I will give them no stars at all. Such a waste of time. My husband called ahead of time to set up an appt on the morning. the agent said we didn't need to set up an appt that we can stop by any time because we don't need to see a doctor. We already have the prescription. We wanted to buy Glasses make them profit. We went around 3:30 pm and they said they were about to close today and we needed to set up an appointment to go online and buy the glasses there. Ha! This is so ridiculous! On the morning they said one thing then later they said no. What's the matter with this people! They don't want to work and sell eyewear. We will never stop by here and I will make sure to tell friends about this place. read more

This is a wonderful office. I was in desperate need for contact lenses and happened to be in the area for work. The best thing about Target Optical offices are that they can look up your prescription easily even if you were seen at another Target Optical location. They had what I needed in stock and even graciously gave me a few samples! Staff is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and patient despite me coming in like a hot mess and freaking out because I had no contacts! They were so friendly and understanding. The entire office itself is welcoming, with a clean and bright environment and plenty of options for both eyewear and contact lenses. I highly recommend this office if you're in the area and in need of eye services! read more

I have to start by saying I haven't seen an optometrist in years! When I came to Dr. Le for an eye exam, not only did I learn so much about my eye health, but I left feeling so relieved. I am so happy that I finally found a doctor who I will be seeing annually. After filling out forms, I was seen by Dr. Le after a few minutes. The entire time she made me feelike I was her favorite patient, making conversation, and giving me great advice about take care of my eyes. She made me want to be more proactive in my eye care! My visit was in November of 2013. First the positive- The optometrist is very nice, professional, timely and experienced. My exam started at the scheduled appointment time, and the assistants helping me find frames were also very professional and friendly. If it were just about the service and not the product, 5 stars all the way. However, after paying $450 for the exam, glasses and prescription sunglasses, I would expect a higher quality product than I would get at Walmart. Okay, so I've worn glasses (and contacts) for 23 years, never had any problems with lenses getting scratched. Three short months after getting my glasses, multiple scratches formed in the lenses that impaired my vision through them. I bought the "scratch guard" upgrade, but still very noticeable scratches. When I went to get them fixed, a man was in front of me that was picking up lenses for his frames as well, so I thought he must be having the same issues. When I showed my glasses to the receptionist, or assistant, she looked at them and said, "Oh you've been wiping these off on your shirt haven't you?" So I honestly said, "sometimes, but I usually use a cloth or tissue of some sort." Her response was that it was my fault, but she'll 'do me a favor' and replace them- just this once. So me, being the person I am, argues that it was not my fault, that I have been wearing glasses for over 20 years and I've never had a problem with scratches. Plus, I bought the scratch guard for the lenses as well. Then I asked her if she honestly uses a lens cloth every-time she cleans her glasses, even when she comes inside from the rain or what-have you. She said, absolutely, she carries a lens cloth on her all the time. And the scratch guard, she told me, is delicate and can be wiped off very easily.----????!!!!???? Okay, whatever. I'm a grown man. I don't need to be lectured, but I shut up and went about my business. Bought a couple lens cloths and carry them with me to avoid scratching the lenses again. Guess what... more scratches. I'm not even going to try again, I'll just go back to Walmart. This proves my opinion that Target is just an overpriced Walmart. Never any associates to help you, 22 check out lines but only 5 are opened at a time, spend more time in line than shopping. Plus, I used my debit card to purchase the glasses and when Target had the security breach, my card got cancelled and I had to be issued a new one. Advice: Stay away from anything related to Target. read more

Customer service from the Target labs is horrible. I purchased a pair of glasses for my daughter and broght them back for warranty replacement after she broke an arm off the frames. It's been 15 days since I turned in her glasses for replacement and still haven't received them. It took less time to get the original pair and the had to grind the lenses from scratch. All they needed to do was pop the lenses into a new frame but for some unknown reason it's taken longer than getting a new pair. I suspect someone at the store didn't do their job but I will never know. This is the last time I do business with them. They're too expensive to begin with plus they try hard to push the expensive add-ons. It would be worth it if the quality was better than an overpriced Walmart. The convenience is not worth the trouble. read more

Best experience I've ever had at an optometrist office!!! The receptionist/optometrist assistant was truly amazing. I could tell that she really enjoys her job! She was patient, honest and just an all around wonderful person even while the office was very busy. The optometrist Tanya Le was super nice and made my son, husband and I feel so comfortable and welcome. I didn't feel rushed even though they were very busy. I won't ever go anywhere else!!! read more

I stopped in to try on some new glasses today and to get a quote for an exam and a total price for new glasses and contacts. I was not impressed at all with the woman who was there to help me, Dalia. I've seen her there before, and she isn't very friendly, and seems like you are bothering her when asking questions. She most definitely does not have great customer service skills, and needs to brush-up on them. She answered my questions, but the entire time seemed bothered, like she was in a hurry, and like she didn't want to help me. I won't go back to Target Optical merely because of the way I was treated by their "Optical Team Lead". Not impressed at all. Target needs to work on training their employees to treat customers with respect and do a better job at helping potential customers. Very poor service. I do not recommend. read more

I have a very rare eye problem called hyprotropia, I've only had one optomologist in my life, due to his retirement I was hoping to fine another dr to trust. Dr Le and Maria were very helpful and I wouldn't feel right going to anybody else. They were completely helpful and were very knowledgeable on my condition. Dr Le definitely made me feel comfortable and was very helpful in my exam. She is wonderful and Maria made me feel very confident in becoming a patient. Major thumbs up!! Although they were busy, they took good care of everyone. I highly recommend Dr. Le over any thither eye doctor.

I LOOOOVVVEEE the frames here! I have a hard time choosing frames at most eye clinics, but this Target Optical has soooo many cute frames!This is my absolute favorite place to go now for my eye care. And the doctor and the staff are really nice and professional. It's a very comfortable place. Makes me want to go get new frames every month! read more
