Fast forward to my last exam, they sent the bill in my husband's name and he paid no attention to it and now I must pay upfront. Also, my husband's insurance paid for a specialized kit to fit him for hard contact lenses due to an eye condition. They did not work out and since he did not get the contact lenses, he was charged $800.00. To echo what someone else said, the business manager was rude and vague when questioned about this charge. We will not go back there.

On Thursday, I brought my 6-year-old daughter in for evaluation due to blurry vision and a spot in…read moreher eye. Our visit lasted approximately three hours. At the conclusion of the appointment, I was instructed that she needed to return on Saturday to be seen in person by a doctor. I was never informed that urgent care was an option. When I called today to obtain the appointment time, I was told that no appointment had been made, the doctor was completely booked, and walk-ins were unavailable. Because of this, I asked what I should do and asked directly whether I should take her to urgent care. Only then was I told that urgent care was acceptable. My daughter's vision remains blurry, and this delay in care is deeply concerning. I received no follow-up communication, no update, and no notice that the appointment I was told to expect would not be honored. Had I not called today, would have continued waiting for an appointment that did not exist. The breakdown in communication and the lack of coordination are unacceptable, especially when dealing with a child's vision. If urgent care was appropriate, I should have been informed days ago. Due to this experience, I will be moving my family's care elsewhere and will not be recommending this location.

They were upfront about my investment, explained all options, and exhibited guest mentality from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. It's nice to see a customer centric business...very rare in health care.

So I called in to order the left contacts, I was told they couldn't do that without an exam. I explained that I had one and just needed the one box. The tech seemed to understand and said she would give me 2 contacts on hand and order the rest. I picked up the 2 but never heard back on the rest. After 2 months, I called in to pick up the rest. Only to be told by the tech yourself that she couldn't order because the system said I already picked them up. Since my prescription expired, she would not order without an exam. I understood that but I will never again trust what My Eye doctor's staff promised. They do not follow through on their orders.

I am very disappointed in this facility I will not recommend anybody to go there I will suggest that they go out of town somewhere else it's a shame because I really liked the facility I felt comfortable with the staff just a couple things I was upset with as I'm in the customer service business also and that would be the phones, plus why charge somebody for a prescription when I'm a client or I did the eye exam and my insurance company paid for that plus I had to come out of pocket unbelievable?!
