Offices are beautiful, staff is so amazing that we look forward to going there just to catch up with them. Wait time is non-existent - all our appointments have always started on time. My 3 children (teens) had such a positive experience there that I decided to try them out for myself. I hate dentists. They've changed my mind. Their holistic approach is so fantastic, the professionalism was mind-blowing. They took time to explain so many minute details that I've never received from any other dentist. Now, instead of ignoring calls from my dentist, I'm actually looking forward to going back in 2 days and starting a whole new health journey that is so exciting. Thank you Dr Todd and the whole Sarubin Dental fam. You are changing lives, one person, one smile at a time. Best decision I've made in a while

I had to try on the denture in the waiting room, which felt inappropriate, and it didn't fit right. They tried an adjustment and it made it worse. They rushed that procedure as well, and almost pushed me out of the door. Now, I can't wear the denture at all because it hurts too much, and I have to find another dentist. Also, payment was requested in a pushy and unpleasant way. Overall, I do not feel this office provided the level of care and professionalism that I expected.

I can't say enough good about this practice. On a scale of 1-10, with 10 being the best, they're a 15. Everyone there - the three Resh brother dentists and all their staff - are above and beyond excellent in every way. For example, they never fail to squeeze you in for an emergency, even for a quasi emergency. Each time I've had a tooth extracted (three), my dentist, Dr. Jim, called to check on me. With the third extraction, he called while his family and he were away on vacation and then he called the office to ask them to squeeze me in to have Dr. Eric look at my mouth ASAP due to prolonged pain. There aren't many dentists who would show that kind of concern for a patient in pain when they're away on vacation. Dr. Eric was wonderful, too. If you're looking for a dental practice with competent, caring, professional, friendly, accommodating dentists and staff in a beautiful office, you will have found it at Resh Family Dentistry. They're the best and I'm so glad I chose them.

Over the past 10 years I've moved around a lot and I've gone to...I think five other dentists. Family Smile Center is the only office that really stands out for being very thorough, using technology, and telling me information beyond just, "you have some cavities, and you grind your teeth." People there talked to me about oral cancer, tooth enamel, the health of my gums, TMJ, sensitivity...and the list goes on and on. The hygienist talks to you first, and then one of the doctors comes in to check and chat. The hygienists at Family Smile Center are great though, and you can tell that the doctors trust them to do a good job. The hygienists have advanced degrees in dental stuff too, so it's not like they're just some intern with a water pik. It was because of them that I FINALLY found floss that I could use on a regular basis without causing my gums to bleed. I FINALLY decreased my tooth sensitivity so I could eat cold things again. I live almost an hour away from Family Smile Center now but I still go there twice a year because they're worth the drive. They're awesome! I have a small mouth and my teeth are not great. Going to the dentist is pretty scary for me. My fear of having my throat blocked up is pretty strong.
