We called back leaving a message for a supervisor to call us back but we never got a return call. Beware of Quinn's staff and the owners not caring enough to return a call of client with a problem.

She said her family comes to Gainesville Vision. I have been only pleased and highly pleased at that by the professionalism and service of the doctors and their staff here. The eye exam was thorough yet quick and the doctor was very good about answering questions for me. I am involved in a variety of sports so this presents specific concerns (and also is why I insist on Oakley frames because they're about the toughest in the business). What type of variable tint would I need for soccer in bright sunlight or should I just get separate Rx sunglasses? When I am platform diving, I obviously take off my glasses so is the instant transition from corrected vision to uncorrected and from sun-filtered to not something to worry about? Other doctors have seemed unable or unwilling to really delve into specific sports-centric vision issues with me but this one did, and did so gladly. She was simply excellent. When I came back to get the frames I selected when the glasses' lenses were ready, the technician involved was equally professional. When I ran into some issues with these frames playing soccer weeks later, they had time for me again and ended up sending the frames back and getting news ones which worked better at no additional cost. I never felt rushed or like I was causing an imposition for anyone here but instead that they take all the time necessary to ensure each patient's needs are completely met.
