I bought a pair of glasses and asked for a well-advertised frame. He said he had a better one, that was much stronger and still attractive. Two years later, I somehow dropped my glasses beside my car in a parking lot--didn't hear them fall. I had to wear my prescription sunglasses, and found the glasses when I returned to the car. Evidently they had been stepped on. I took them back to the Optical Shop and the man said that it was a good thing I had that particular frame as he was able to "save" them. .

The agent last week blamed ups saying they forgot to pick up the glasses but it's been 2 weeks now for a 1 to 2 day delivery. Someone is lying. Now I have to go to the store in person and because I'm in a very rural area, the drive will take an hour and a half. I attempted to send an email to them from my phone via their website and the email wouldn't send when I clicked continue. They should close down if they don't want to take care of their customers. Thornebrook Optical has become my sole source since I tried them about a decade ago. They have a nice selection of good quality frames without being overwhelming. More important, Frank is extremely skillful as well as helpful. He has fitted me for distance glasses, progressives, prescription sunglasses. His advice about frames (e.g. whether they are sturdy, how they fit my face) has always been accurate and helpful. Each time I have been completely satisfied with the glasses. He leaves you all time you wish browsing and trying on different styles, and then when you are ready for his assistance gives you his undivided attention. And whenever I feel my glasses may need an adjustment, he takes care of it. It is always a pleasure to do business there. I cannot recommend it any more highly.

Went back and "oh yeah, they need adjusting" and they did it. Then I mentioned that I can't use the reading part of my glasses unless I hold things very close. With the doctor and the manager present, she said they can set them to read close or further away, depending on how I usually read. Nobody ever asked and the doctor just stood there with his arms crossed. So now I still need my readers for reading. Pretty crappy attitudes and customer service. Never again.

This location sucks. I ordered a pair of glasses because I lost mine months ago. They never answer…read morethe phone because they're all booked up but when you arrive in person when you get an appointment absolutely nobody is there. The prices are ridiculous especially with insurance, charged me around 400 bucks just for a pair of glasses and a doctors recommendation, I eventually managed to lower it but even then it should not be that much especially when you have a sign outside that states that you can get two pairs of glasses for like 89 bucks or something like that.
