I have tried repeatedly to call and confirm my appointment, including leaving a voice message, and no response. Run backwards if your warranty refers this business to you. They are nothing but unprofessional. Frustrated, I called Frigidaire to have them make me yet another appointment (3rd), to find out that they had changed my appointment with West Texas Appliance to another day and time without calling me.
