I had to waste time without my washing machine to go back through LG. Then Sears made me waste time on a video chat to diagnose the problem instead of sending a tech like they told LG. I had the luxury of wasting more time before they sent a repairman to quickly hook up thr missed wires. After a week I finally was able to use washing machine LG had to pay Sears 2 or 3 times, depending on if they charge for waste of time video chat, so I could get a repairman to finally fix original problem and the one caused by Sears repairman not doing job correctly. I have tried repeatedly to call and confirm my appointment, including leaving a voice message, and no response. Run backwards if your warranty refers this business to you. They are nothing but unprofessional. Frustrated, I called Frigidaire to have them make me yet another appointment (3rd), to find out that they had changed my appointment with West Texas Appliance to another day and time without calling me. West Texas Appliance took my appointment off of their books today and changed it to another day and time, and never let me know a thing! Now that's the way to do business in Abilene.
