After leaving the shop, I checked the DOT code and noticed the tires were manufactured in 2022 (DOT 4222), which makes them over 3 years old at the time of purchase. I paid full retail price and was not informed about the production year. While the tires are technically new, I believe customers should be clearly informed when purchasing older production tires -- especially for commercial or heavy-duty vehicles. Transparency is important when paying full price. I hope the store improves communication about tire production dates in the future.

They don't ordinarily stock Michelins and they'd already had a delivery that day, but they said they could get them on the Thursday truck. We set an appointment for 8 am Friday morning and by 9:10 I was back on the road. I wanted to keep the tires that were on the car so they bagged them up and set them aside so I could pick them up later. All the staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable - I even got a tutorial on how aligning the suspension on Mini isn't quite the same as other cars. All told, I got four tires and realignment for a competitive price. Highly recommend.

Not only did they never fix the original issue, but they also tried to overcharge me out of their convenience. My warranty was covering all but deductible. They didn't want their parts so they tried to charge me for them but then "ate the cost" when I pushed back. The original issue never actually got fixed even after taking it back 3 times for them to try and find the issue. They messed up putting my windshield wipers on during repair so they won't go the entire way up anymore. They did an oil change but never topped off any of the fluids. After all that.. the car still wasn't fixed either. It's now being repaired elsewhere. The mechanic was super nice, but truly wouldn't trust them with my car ever again. One of the most frustrating experiences I've had with a garage.
