I told them to cancel and I would reschedule based on my availability. I then 24 hours later receive an email with confirmation with the original time, instead of the cancellation. By that time, I had made alternative plans but because this was 24 hours before the actual appointment a $75 charge was required to cancel. When I arrived, the technician was forceful and slimey with her business dealings. When I told her this was maintenance for previous treatment performed prior to moving to Boston, she proceeded to insult an entire city of people as though they were low class. They verbally quoted one price and wrote a different price in contract. When I corrected them, it was given a rebuttal and then ultimately changed again when I declined the service. This lets me know they make up pricing on the fly and based on who is in front of them. One service I wanted to save for another day, but she insisted on performing the day of consultation (to get the money) even though I did not have time. She then made up another day for me to come back and told the scheduler to schedule me at that time, even though I did not request that time. I think they have unethical practices and I will not be returning. I will fly back to my original dermatologist and aesthetician for better service.

Didn't have much strength, the didn't finish. She did about 2/3 of one side and quit after 40 mins. If I would have quit this would have been a two star review. But thankfully I didn't. I tried Alicia, who is very hard to book and that is understandable because she was fantastic. Let me reiterate, I do not recommend any of the massage therapist, other than Alicia. After calling and speaking to someone from their office on numerous occasions for an update they still couldn't tell me when the equipment would be in. And to make matters worse, Dr. Tsao lied about applying my consultation to my procedure stating that she had never said that and that I misunderstood. So after getting the run around, I called and asked for a refund on my consultation payment. I spoke with the office manager and stated that I made the consult with the understanding that the office had the equipment to do the job and since they don't have the equipment I wanted my consultation payment refunded. However, the office refused to comply. I was cheated out of my money. So, I put a complaint out to the Attorney General's office and the State Health Care Depatment. The nurse just said this is an expert, if you want to do it a little more, you should book another appointment and there will not be appointments available for at least a few months. Then she changed her tone. This experience at the hospital shocked my view towards ethics in doctors. Then you will be told to pay. The receipt does not say any item- based details. It just listed that they swiped my card for this amount of money . There is a lot of corruption in the hospital dermatology department! Sooner or later these people who just chase the money and don't care about ethics will be in big trouble!
