He was truly knowledgeable and helpful, telling us about the different materials, styles, fits, finishes, zippers, and more...and how the different jackets would break in over time. He really helped us find the best fitting jacket for my guy's frame and needs - he went to the back a few times to check for the best size. A Huge Mistake Doing Business With Them…read more Doing business with this company was a huge mistake for me, and I would never do it again. I consigned 20 items with them. From my experience, everything is completely on the customer. When you consign your items, you are responsible for remembering when the consignment period ends and contacting them if you want to extend it or take your items back. I understand that this responsibility is written in the paperwork, but I still believe a professional consignment business should make a reasonable effort to communicate with its customers. In my case, they never contacted me to remind me about my items or the consignment deadline. When I forgot to reach out, they simply let the situation continue. They even sold two of my items after the consignment period, and I was not paid for those sales. I also had an issue where an item was apparently lost. I had to repeatedly contact them and keep track of everything myself to figure out what happened. The biggest problem is the lack of communication and accountability. You have to follow every single item yourself, remember every deadline, and constantly contact them. If you don't, it feels like they simply move on and you are left trying to figure everything out. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company for consignment. I regret doing business with them, and I will never consign my items with them again.

I really appreciated that they had all different price points and there was something for everyone. I could tell they rotate their clothing and since it's January, they have many beautiful coats out to choose from (or just browse!). I loved all the high quality pieces, with many skirts, blouses pants shoes and the men's section is also stunning. There's something special about actually going to a physical store and seeing the fabrics and getting that tactile experience vs. online shopping. I chose three different leather jackets and a longer coat to try on and I ended up purchasing the coat. (That happened to be new with tags) The staff was very helpful and I liked that they let you shop but also were there if you had any questions. They were really lovely and I'm glad I got to check this special place out! Drove all the way from San Jose with my infant baby to buy a pair of the Chairman dress shoes, but ran into the accessibility issue at the entrance. There is a small staircase to enter, which isn't a big deal to 99.9% of people out there, but doesn't work when you have a baby stroller. When I asked the employee if they had a ramp, she mentioned it was broken. Unfortunately, no alternative solutions or assistance were offered while we just looked at each other, so we just ended up looking from the outside and leaving empty-handed. It was a disappointing experience and a tough waste of a long drive.
