After talking with tons of mostly women Restora was HIGHLY recommended by so so many people. Dr Reid is who did my revision. I was blown away at the difference in getting the surgery done with Restora. The day of surgery was so nice it was in their own private surgery center. My tummy tuck in 2017 was in a hospital like setting, The Dr came in and the anesthesiologist asked a few questions as they were wheeling me out of the room then BAM! I was done and I was rushed out of the bed to go home because they had other surgeries. This time was so so much calmer and relaxing. I loved ALL the little things. The heated toilet seat, the cap that warms your head, the comfortable room you wait in. How calm and friendly everyone was Afterwards my follow ups with Lauren ( she is so awesome) I asked the same questions 100 times she always answers me like I'd never asked before, she is always very patient and explains everything till I am good to go and never feel rushed. This last appointment To my surprise, I received a little gift bag with 20complimentary units of tox and a card with a referral for a lymphatic massage. I scheduled my massage, Sanae was incredible ! At the end wanted to pay she said the first one Restora paid for! WHAT? Im still blown away by this practice. They are all so incredibly kind, gorgeous and talented at what they do. I am so so happy with my results 3weeks out, I feel so good about my decision. I have a small business myself so I notice all the little things because that is what creates the experience, mix that with great work and you have luxury. I think Restora is affordable Luxury their prices are definitely fair and have so much value for what you pay for. I was told they would go away within a year, so when 2 years went by and it had not improved, Dr. Gordon eventually agreed to remove the hard parts. I was not put under for this, and gave me a medication to calm me down since I was going to be cut open fully conscious. Her team did not even give the medication time to kick in before they started the procedure, because Ashley Gordon had "other appointments immediately after mine" and they didn't have time to. Since this, she somehow made the galaflex even worse and I'm left with another scar and even worse results, and they are refusing to provide any type of resolution. I paid for cosmetic surgery because I trusted this surgeon and her team with my body. Instead, this experience has caused me years of distress. Choosing Dr. Ashley Gordon for my breast augmentation is one of my biggest regrets. I would strongly encourage anyone considering surgery here to look elsewhere.

Someone asked recently about the contact he asked me to sign in exchange for a full refund ($15,050) so I attached a photo of it. It reads (in part): "THAT I fully understand that from this day forward I will not speak about this case or Dr. Andrew P. Trussler, M.D. publicly (i.e. media- news, print, or electronic) or privately. Also, there will not further public (e.g. signage or voice amplification) or private demostrations (sic) nor discussing this case with any other persons. If I continue any of the above mentioned I am hereby notified I will incur treble civil penalties." It is very difficult to sue for medical malpractice in the state of Texas, and even then, the damages are capped at an amount that might not even be worth the trouble after the emotional drain and attorney's fees. There is very little accountability required. Be very, very careful about who you choose to literally trust with your life.

SEE BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS In 2024 I contacted Dr Anthony Bittar to repair a deviated septum so I could breath properly internally through my nose. A very simple procedure. He made a comment in our meeting "do you want me to remove the bump on your nose's bridge at the same time. Just to make it flat" That is all that was ever mentioned. "I will just slightly shave down that bump at the same time". He made it sound like nothing. I came out of surgery and he had completely changed the size and shape of my nose. He assured me it was just swelling and that would go down. After having 3 different respected surgeons inspect what he did. They all were shocked at his work and what he did without prior approval. 1) He excessively flattened the dorsum (bridge of the nose), resulting in an unnatural and concave profile. 2) He added cartilage to the tip of my nose--an unrequested change he later admitted to--which created a permanent large, bulbous appearance. 3) He significantly altered the overall size and structure of my nose All these things were decisions he made without my consent. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN Read his reviews by sorting them by 1 star and believe them. He subsequently offered to 1) refund me half of my money 2) do the operation again and 3) install semi permanent filler in my nose. Total admission of guilt. All I refused. How could I ever trust him again. Once you are on the operating table he does what he likes. None of the above was ever agreed to. The whole time he gas lights with all his communication. I now have to go through the expense and pain of having surgery again to fix his horrible horrible work. I was only able to sample one of them, and there was virtually no discussion of treatment options or facial services that might address my concerns. The entire appointment felt more like a sales pitch than a professional skincare consultation. As a longtime client, I expected thoughtful recommendations and a customized plan, not pressure to buy products and a poor attitude from someone one who is supposedly a licensed esthetician. I left feeling like my time wasn't valued and that customer care has taken a back seat to retail sales.
