As good as it gets!" and in this case, I could not agree more. The office itself is great. The staff are nice and seem pretty organized, and I book my appointments online without issue. I am also usually able to get a spot within a reasonable period of time (not 6-8 weeks out like so many Chicago doctors). However, the real reason for the 5th star is Dr. Reyes. Dr. Reyes has the best bedside manner of any doctor I've ever seen. She actually takes the time to listen to your symptoms, concerns, and history. Dr. Reyes also seems to genuinely care about my health and well-being as much as I do, acting sympathetic toward even seemingly minor complaints. Miraculously, she is able to give this much attention to her patients and STILL her office runs on time. I don't know how she does it--I've never waited more than 5 minutes for an appointment. I first saw Dr. Reyes in January 2014 when she was with the Advocate group. I was disappointed when I called later for another appointment and they told me she was no longer there. The staff had no information on where she was practicing or how to contact. I was forced to try other PCPs, and it was only when I needed a check-up in 2017 that I finally found Dr. Reyes again. They're also patient and kind indulging my nerves when I'm getting blood drawn and getting vaccinated! I've seen a few doctors here and have always had great care. My primary care physician is Dr. Jessica Kennedy and I can't say enough positive things about her. She's knowledgeable, listens carefully to my concerns, and either has the answer or refers me to an excellent specialist. I'm also very happy with Dr. Mark Romanelli, a dermatologist who does annual skin exams and recommends great products to ensure healthy skin. I've also had positive experiences with the other doctors I've seen at this location, like Dr. Vasiloff, who I saw once at short notice when I wasn't feeling well. It's important to find a team that will help you stay healthy, I definitely recommend Dr. Kennedy, Dr. Romanelli, and this NW Physicians Group.

I found him via my insurance pages search engine and he had the best reviews so of course I had to check him out. I showed up and everything went smoothly. They handed me paperwork, which I barely got to start before they were taking me in and starting my appointment. Loved this! Too many times you have to wait a while to be seen at a doctors office even with an appointment. My actual appointment with Dr. Correa was great. He is very personable and easy to get along with. My check up was pretty routine and I had to get my blood drawn at the end. I went straight to the room and they had me in and out overall pretty quick. I think my entire time spent in the office was 45 minutes or less. This is where things started to go south. They have their own portal where you receive the results from the blood test. I got the results, had a follow up question, and messaged him via the portal as he instructed me to do. Nothing. A week-ish went by and I tried calling the office and the receptIonist told me that she'd follow up with him. Nothing. Now my question wasn't super urgent, but I was wondering if I needed to make any changes based on my results. It's not the hygienist fault the office is the Twilight Zone. The rest of the office is like the Twilight Zone. Like if you need real dentistry you might as well skip HB altogether. They are not a real dentist office. The receptionist says it "You ain't gonna get any work today" all rude, when I went in for an emergency appointment bcz I was in pain from cavities getting worse. Then the dentist actually laughs at me, looking at the x ray yes she said the cavity is getting worse. Are you going to fix it today? No we don't have time today come back in 3 months. They are like a Twilight Zone episode. It's the worst dental clinic I've ever been to. You should save your teeth by going anywhere else. Professional regulation should inspect it but they won't.
