I'm sharing this because I wish I found someone like Casey sooner…read more I've had two sessions so far, and both were deeply personalized and exactly what I needed. In the first session, we revisited childhood memories and worked on rewriting the emotional experience I carried as a child, especially not being able to understand why my parents were busy and working (even though they were doing their best with what they knew). We ended with a chakra rebalancing meditation that helped my nervous system settle in a way I didn't expect. The second session focused on my recent grief and the patterns it has been triggering in my relationships. Casey guided me through an imagery meditation where I practiced giving myself the love, safety, and security I've been trying to find externally, and leaving the pain in the past where it belongs. It felt like emotional closure, but also like learning a new way to care for myself. Casey truly feels like a walking hug. She's present, loving, grounded, and radiant. I felt held the entire time, and I left feeling more supported than I've ever felt in a romantic relationship. The biggest gift is that she's helping me learn to provide that same compassion and safety to myself, and heal my codependency from the inside out. She has been one of the most profound people the universe has placed on my healing path. If you're considering working with her, I can't recommend her enough

My daughter and I attended our first mommy and me yoga experience yesterday evening at Rarity…read moreRituals, and it was truly such a beautiful experience. We've never officially practiced yoga before, so we had no idea what we were doing but Casey was extremely patient, kind, and helpful, guiding us and assisting whenever we needed it. I loved how intimate the class felt. At times, we don't enjoy being around large groups, so the smaller, more personal setting made us feel at ease (and honestly, so much more present ). Casey's studio is incredibly comfortable and aesthetically pleasing, which created a calming and welcoming environment from the moment we walked in. I truly appreciated how kind and warm both Casey and her daughter were toward us. Their energy made us feel safe, welcomed, and comfortable to just be ourselves. The moment we got back into the car, my daughter kept asking if we were going to do this again and that alone says everything. This was such a special bonding experience for us, and we're so grateful to have shared our first yoga class here. We look forward to another class soon. Thank you so much !

I had heard about this place through a friend and checked out the website. Everything about their…read moreservices sounded relaxing so I decided to purchase a ticket. I received an email shortly thereafter as a confirmation and was provided important details of the event. It was very informative and appreciated. I received a reminder email closer to the event which was nice. The event offered a pre-sound bath gathering which I was very excited about. Location is on Silverado trail with street parking and a parking lot in the back. I arrived 5 minutes before gathering and was immediately greeted by the lovely Melanie. I had the pleasure of speaking with her before everyone arrived. She was kind, sweet and has a soothing voice. She was able to answer all my questions. I used the restroom before we started and it was clean. While she continued to set up, I sat down for some tea while others trickled in. The space indoors was beautifully decorated, clean, organized and so welcoming. It was a warm and comfortable environment and the people were very friendly. We sat and chatted about our intentions for a few minutes then headed to the mats to begin the sound bath. In addition to the mats that she provided, she had pillows, a blanket and an eye mask for each of us. We were a group of 9 individuals. The sound bath was relaxing, calming, and brought this feeling of relief. Everyone's experience would be different which is why I definitely recommend trying this if you haven't. If you have, it is worth coming back to! Our lives become so busy so this was nice to reset my mind and body. This was a great event and i can't wait to try other services/ classes.

Let's talk about hypnotherapy/Hypnosis. I have been seeing Robert for a couple months and he has…read moremade a remarkable and almost unbelievable change in life and well-being.. he has many years of experience, more than anyone I have seen in the area. I am amazed at his knowledge and how he can create peace and calmness in any situation. I highly recommend his practice. He can help with Mental illness and any problem or situation you want to overcome!!

I am so glad that my good friend and coworker told me about Karen and Holistic Wellness…read moreIntegration. I go to her for massage therapy and she does a phenomenal job every time. She finds the spots in my body that are tight or tense without me even having to tell her. And she's so kind, present, and passionate about what she does. You can tell that she really cares about her clients and she wants to make sure you are comfortable. I can't recommend her highly enough. I also did the 6 week hypnotherapy series with Robert and it was a game changer for me. I was previously experiencing a lot of anxiety, frustration, and stress. It became obvious to me that something needed to change and I've previously tried different method of healing (therapy, journaling, meditation, etc) so why not give hypnotherapy a shot. Robert helped me to learn that relaxation is our natural state and how to help myself calm down if I am feeling overwhelmed. He helped me realize that I can change. Honestly I'm a more present parent and I feel happier and healthier overall.

Kapwa Wellness is such a wonderfully welcoming space. I've been able to attend several sound baths…read moreso far and I can say that I always leave feeling better than when I arrive. They offer two sessions for sound baths a week in the early evenings on Wednesdays and Fridays. While I am not local to the area, it is definitely worth the drive out. I've brought a couple friends with me recently and they also expressed how relaxing the sound bath was and how it was just what they needed. Also unlike some other sound baths I've attended, Kapwa Wellness has the space all set up for each attendee. They provide not only the yoga mat, but also a blanket, bolsters, and also yoga blocks that help with the comfort and the experience of the sound baths. While I can't always come as often as I'd like, coming back always feels like a haven for me - especially during the hustle and bustle of our daily lives. Can't wait for my next visit! If you're thinking about visiting or trying out a sound bath for yourself I'd say do it. You have nothing to lose but everything to gain. (Also if that's not your cup of tea quite yet, they also host other uplifting and educational workshops and also Qi Gong sessions! I haven't had the chance to try out these other offerings yet, but hoping to be able to in the near future.)

I attended Danville Yoga, now known as Kapwa Wellness, over a period of years. I promoted them at…read moreno benefit to myself and brought numerous guests with me to attend soundbath. Mark sold memberships to my friends without informing that the visits could not be used when they relocated the business a few minutes away under a new name, and they changed their policy to disallow me from having others use my visits. The shift in good will and energy was palpable. They didn't increase their prices, but instead started having super rigid new policies. And I understand a business needs to make money, but I stopped feeling positive energy around Mark, and was treated as if i wanted to take advantage of them. It was odd. Maria never had negative energy. But I don't feel safe in that environment and wouldn't bring my trauma survivors there due to the negative passive aggressive energy from Mark. It was hurtful and unnecessary and hostile and not in the spirit of assertive communication, healthy boundaries, trust, or healing AT ALL
