Laura warmly greeted me and instantly made me feel welcome. The studio is spacious and still practicing Covid guidelines because there are markers for where to place your yoga mat. You have to bring your own yoga mat and wear a mask. However, I love all the props that are provided! I used the blocks and pillows for extra support during stretches. Laura had such a calming and relaxing voice. I loved how she asked the class what part of the body we would like to focus on. She came around each person and helped assist with poses which I really appreciated! I got the most out of the class with her feedback for me! I discovered a new kind of workout and it's a lot more enjoyable. I am very happy that I gave this a chance and now I go nearly everyday. So trust me, it gets better. The Reform Room app made everything super convenient--it eliminates the pressure or pushiness of memberships that other gyms or studios often have. They offer a great first-time special: $35 for 2 classes, which is perfect if you're just trying it out. From the app, you can purchase more class packs, individual classes, book the sauna, and easily schedule classes up to two weeks in advance. The entrance was a little tricky to find, but it's along the main road, and the door is right in between Lipstick Lounge and Caritas Spa. There are a few parking spots right by the entrance, but there's also a large lot in the back. Everything was super clean and brand new! They sell the cutest grip socks, and I had to stop myself from buying all of them! I met the instructors Colbly, Jasmine, Maddie, Jazmine, Alyssa, and Princess, and they're all so warm and welcoming. They make you feel comfortable during class, which I loved. I LOVED the music--my instructor played Bad Bunny, which is my favorite artist to work out to!! After taking about 10 classes now, my suggestion is that class difficulty level should be visible when booking on the app. There's no way to know which class is for beginners or for more advanced, and I think it would be helpful for everyone :) I can't wait to make this part of my weekly workout routine and take every instructor's class. 10/10--great vibes all around!!

My number one concern before was child care, after doing my research no CrossFit around my area offers daycare but at Redux CrossFit Vallejo everyone is welcome to bring their kids. The kids play in front of the area were we do our workout and all the mom and dad help each other eyeing the kids. The area is a big sports complex, somedays the kids play inside the soccer field area with only 3 exits that are located in front of the workout area. Don't worry they are safe! (Just bring snacks for them ). Workout hours start as early as 5 am and the latest is at 6:30 pm. I loved that Denise, AJ, and Cheryl really kick your butt to house/Vegas/EDM style music. I also love the boxing class. The place itself does not look fancy but it is what it is = a kick ass place to get your cardio in along with fighting classes for all ages. I think its great they also hold occasional challenges (most fat loss/most weight loss) and have prizes such as free membership for a period of time, etc. I find it very hard to believe that this gym or any other would charge you for 4 months after the fact-- I canceled mine when I moved and did not experience such an issue. I did however buy the 10-pass class for when I do visit my family on the weekends and can get a cardio workout in. I say try it for yourself. There are all kinds/sorts of people here: thick, thin, young, older, beginners, novice, expert. You'll fit in no matter what shape you are in.

You need to do this asap and specify freezes on all services. If you have Kids Klub, END IT. I went to Vivian who was there the last time I had an ER visit a couple years ago: this past December, I was injured again suddenly on site during a training appointment (due to my body/health situation, not my trainer or an exercise injury) and I let her know I was getting a ride to the ER this time instead of an ambulance, since it was a was a touch less urgent. She was responsive this day and seemed to enter the freezes correctly. I dropped off the first note 2 days later to support a freeze for a couple months since a major surgery would get scheduled. I was told I had an 8" growth and cancer in my blood and had to wait the entire winter holidays for further info until doctors were back in the hospital. A few weeks later the billing began... I called Vivian and mentioned my bank was informed of my condition and knew to not pay the bills until a certain date. She laughed and said I'd be billed later anyways. I felt like "I have cancer again, I could die this time with this huge growth. She's laughing at me." I know it was not personal, but forgive me, I'll never forget the feeling of thinking I might die and getting this is the response while asking for help. My health is poor after surviving breast cancer treatments in 2020 and they wrecked parts of my body but eradicated an aggressive form of breast cancer. I don't want to go into how bad the type is, but the odds are very bad with that type and they use the highest doses of their most aggressive chemo to eradicate the cancer. That's why I struggle and have gone to the ER twice in a couple years. But working out improves my condition, so it's essential. I'm so glad I found out a few days later that the current ER test was a misdiagnosis. I eventually received a big surgery, recovered and called in to sort out the bills that were waiting for me. Because I was experienced in navigating the disorganized billing practices, it was a smaller bill this time. I reached a teleservice rep who had her manager Mark look into it and it was fixed after 3 phone calls for a full refund. I know it's not personal. But I've decided that clearly this is not customer service at all. This is just workers, protecting themselves and the company and you just have to advocate super quick, do the footwork and calls and take notes, document, stay on it, trust nothing, stay positive and confirm and be persistent. Most businesses exhibit hospitality and customer service at an average level. Often if a medical incident occurs you'll get a compassionate response and excellent customer care. Not here, you will get compassion at first and solutions that fall through. Then they will lose confidence and be strained but still attempt to help. Eventually, it requires an escalation and manager intervention to correct the situation. The in-gym customer service experience will be good about situational things like everyday interactions. But if your issue has ANYTHING to do with billing, there is no safety net no matter how serious your medical situation. Had I only had a normal membership instead of a training membership too, I probably could have just canceled or never been the wiser. I'm actually hopeful no one ever has to experience this zone that they are weak at. But if you do, stay flexible, positive, and stay on it. Good luck and good health! I saw billing fees,

The first thing they do is quickly find out your fitness level and dial in on what you most need to work on. They push hard, but know your limits. My husband and I do couples training. We can work out together, but we get individual attention. We do a variety of work from core, to weight training, speed-agility training, to varied work like boxing (my favorite). They keep the work outs fresh and exciting.
