Such a cute Lagree studio!! Highly recommend checking this place out if you enjoy sweating, shaking, and questioning your life choices (in the best way possible). You learn to embrace the shake. Once you take a class, you'll understand what i mean. LOL. The instructors are super sweet and their playlists are so great that I start lip syncing to it to distract me from the actual workout. The class is 45 minutes long. After my first class, I couldn't laugh, sneeze, or even get out of bed/chair without feeling my abs for three days. It was worth it, so don't let me discourage you. I discovered a new kind of workout and it's a lot more enjoyable. I am very happy that I gave this a chance and now I go nearly everyday. So trust me, it gets better. I've taken classes with almost every instructor and they're all amazing. If it's your first time, definitely let them know. They'll help you get familiar with the Megaformer. Reform Room is so gorgeous! I found them through Instagram and was excited to try it out. I've done Lagree in the past, but I'm happy there's now a studio closer to me. The Reform Room app made everything super convenient--it eliminates the pressure or pushiness of memberships that other gyms or studios often have. They offer a great first-time special: $35 for 2 classes, which is perfect if you're just trying it out. From the app, you can purchase more class packs, individual classes, book the sauna, and easily schedule classes up to two weeks in advance. The entrance was a little tricky to find, but it's along the main road, and the door is right in between Lipstick Lounge and Caritas Spa. There are a few parking spots right by the entrance, but there's also a large lot in the back. Everything was super clean and brand new! They sell the cutest grip socks, and I had to stop myself from buying all of them! I met the instructors Colbly, Jasmine, Maddie, Jazmine, Alyssa, and Princess, and they're all so warm and welcoming. They make you feel comfortable during class, which I loved. I LOVED the music--my instructor played Bad Bunny, which is my favorite artist to work out to!! After taking about 10 classes now, my suggestion is that class difficulty level should be visible when booking on the app. There's no way to know which class is for beginners or for more advanced, and I think it would be helpful for everyone :) I can't wait to make this part of my weekly workout routine and take every instructor's class. 10/10--great vibes all around!! read more

Let me just say I love the beautiful torture that is Lagree at The Reform Room. I have been coming here since they first opened in January and every class still humbles me in the best way. The instructors are diverse, encouraging, and know exactly how to push you without making you feel out of place. What I love most is the inclusive atmosphere! Women of all colors and sizes show up, support each other, and leave stronger. The playlists are always on point and the vibes are always high. I even celebrated my birthday here with a private class and Lucina, the owner, was amazing. Her attention to detail and thoughtfulness made it so special. I've been going to The Reform Room for a while now and I'm finally leaving a review because I seriously love it here. The classes are tough in the best way, and I can actually feel myself getting stronger (abs are coming through and will be coming to a summer near you!). The instructors are all so supportive and knowledgeable. They are able to balance sweet and spicy to push you, which makes such a difference. Oh, and you can't forget the red light sauna, the perfect way to end a class! The studio is always clean, and I love how they decorate for the holidays. So for my aesthetic girlies, you'll love the vibe and photo ops. They also do private events, which are so fun! I once went to a Galentine's Day class for a friend's birthday and they had matcha, espressos, and charcuterie boards. it was such a cute experience. I had a great experience at Reform Room! It was my first time trying a Lagree class and our instructor Alyssa was very kind and helpful. I arrived a little early with my group (all new to the class) and she happily explained how the class will work, went over the machine with us and took any questions we had. During the class she made sure to help us and was very descriptive in the movements we were doing while still curving the class difficulty for the others who have been there before. You can book classes online but I found the app much more convenient and easier to navigate than the online page. The class itself was really fun and a great challenge. The space itself was very clean, easy to find and overall a great place. Will definitely be booking more classes. read more

I absolutely love this Lagree studio. The atmosphere and vibes here are always great. My fave instructors are Colby and Cecilie. They're super friendly, knowledgable, and great hype girls. I was lucky enough to find this gem right at the opening! I had never done any type of Pilates, yet alone even heard of Lagree so I had no idea what to expect. I was looking for a new type of workout that would kick my butt and I definitely found it. ReformRoom is in a great location next to a few food spots I love! They always decorate for every holiday and all the instructors are motivating and encouraging. They even have an infrared sauna that I take full advantage of for recovery, trust me you'll need it. I started coming here in March through the unlimited membership and I love how it continues to challenge me no matter how long i've been going. it doesn't get easier, but you definitely get stronger! the workouts are about 50 mins long but super effective. i've really noticed a difference in my body composition since I started. the instructors are all kind and encouraging, and they always play the best music to motivate me through the workout. they also have an infrared sauna that im excited to try soon. my favorite place to get a good workout!! read more
