While we kept it pretty basic, they offered a lot of add-ons like decorations or a photo backdrop. I would 100% book an event here again! Especially for a group with kids, it was so nice to not have to worry about anything and having the kids confined to a single area, without having to worry about bothering others.

They didn't have high chairs when we got seated, but the staff was so accommodating and quickly ran across the street to borrow some from another restaurant. The host gave us a rundown of the place and all of the different areas: board games, bocce courts, arcade games, old school gaming systems and TVs, golf bays, and putting green. Some activities were free and some needed a gaming card to play. There are dining tables and bar stools inside, as well as picnic tables and more seats at the bar outside. It was a beautiful night, so all of the large windows were open. Their bar included signature cocktails and mocktails, as well as limited beer and wine options. The food menu wasn't very extensive, but we tried the buffalo chicken dip, caprese dip, guacamole and queso, Thai chicken tacos, and a flatbread. The food came out quickly, and everything was pretty good; it wasn't anything spectacular, but decent to snack on while you play games and enjoy the atmosphere.

What a Concept:…read more There are three things in the World I love, and they are Bacon, Bourbon and Beer. I was in the Washington, PA area and was researching places to eat and found this place that uses bacon in many of their dishes. I drove over to BBB3, and there was plenty of parking available in the parking lot just outside. I walked in, and for a few minutes I was the only one there. My server came over, and we walked through the Bacon, Bourbon, and Beer menus. After some discussion, I settled on trying the Bacon Flight, which was four flavours of bacon, each on two thick slices of bacon. The flight has Cajun & Bleu, which is Cajun Spice and crumbled Blue Cheese, Candied Jalapeno & Cheddar, Bourbon & Brown Sugar, and Sarris Chocolate. When you look at the photos of the flight, it doesn't look like a lot of food, but be warned, it's a shareable for a reason. To put it in perspective, it is eight thick and long slices of bacon with ingredients on them. I was planning on trying something else from the menu, but the Bacon Flight is a meal in itself; be warned. I chose an Old Forrester Bourbon from the Bourbon Menu and a local craft beer. The flight was amazing and filling, and the bourbon was a good match for the meal. Overall, a great experience, and I learned my lesson so that next time I'm there I'll try something else or bring a friend or two. If you love Bacon, Bourbon and Beer, this is the place for you.

Just finished them off and again, we were delighted how delicious they were cold the next day. I need to comment on the bread also. My husband doesn't even eat or like bread. He had a piece of bread last night and said it was the best bread he had ever had. And where on heavens earth did that butter come from?? I think I could just eat that by the spoonful. Best butter ever!! He had the sirloin steak with the mushrooms and it was very good. I had a filet and it was tender and perfectly cooked. We ordered the mushroom risotto and it was delicious. The table next to us had lobster mac n cheese and i had been torn between those two. The mac n cheese looked amazing too. Loved the risotto, not over or undercooked, creamy and delicious. Almost tasted like some truffle oil could have been in there but maybe that was just the mushrooms. I had the old fashioned and it was smoked and delicious! We each had a glass of Earthquake cabernet also. There was only 1 wine per wine type that you could order by the glass. More choices of wines by the glass would have been nice, but it was a nice glass of wine. I really need to know what kind of butter was that?? Wow! Excellent meal and service! The staff they had at the convention were all super-cool people. They served great drinks. I haven't seen their drink menu, so I just said a few words about what I like, and they mixed up good stuff -- at reduced alcohol per my request. Perfect! Best of all, they had the acclaimed science fiction and fantasy author Mary Robinette Kowal as their special guest. (But she lives in North Carolina, so don't expect her as a regular in the Pittsburgh location.) Space Bar is obviously LGBT+ friendly, but it's an everyone bar. OK, maybe not everyone: it will be more fun if you're interested in science fiction and fantasy, and don't upset the vibe. I'll be sure to visit the in-person location next time I'm in Pittsburgh.

The cocktails were creative, playful, and impressively strong without sacrificing quality. I had the Seoular Flare, which had a noticeable kick but was still very drinkable. It came with BBQ chips, and when our bartender--the same guy from that morning--noticed how much I loved them, he brought me extra. Such a thoughtful touch. The rest of our drinks were equally inventive and well-crafted. I admittedly had some doubts about whether the creativity would translate into cocktails that actually tasted good, but they completely proved me wrong. A fun concept backed by genuinely great drinks and hospitality.
