If that's a common issue, it may be worth reconsidering the recipe so guests don't have to ask for it to be diluted. I politely responded that I shouldn't have had to request watered-down lemonade, and we left the conversation at that. However, the interaction left me feeling dismissed. My son did receive the chocolate milk a little while later but a simple acknowledgment of the concern would have gone a long way toward creating a positive customer experience.

Checking in on yelp comes with a 20% off food reward, or so we thought. When we attempted to redeem this coupon at breakfast the next day, the server said she never saw it before. She went to get a manager who said that it has nothing to do with them and we would have to check with the hotel to redeem the coupon. We didn't bother fighting them on the issue but why have a deal on your Yelp page if it won't be honored?! Oh well. There is plenty of seating and great people watching.
