It was a heaping arugula salad with six spicy shrimp on top! Such a nice treat on this island where true greens are hard to come by. The tuna was served with a mango salsa and was also excellent. Now let's turn to the wine list. On this island, its Tempranillo, Malbec or Rioja (gets boring fast!) or crappy California swill. Azul has a very nice selection of wines by the bottle which include a lovely Spanish wine from Priorat. Wines from Priorat are some of my favorite - inky, dark and smoky.
