This place is very cool. Our drinks at the bar took a while and were made incorrectly but the bar manager quickly fixed them for us. We ordered tuna and fish for dinner and shared both plates. The food was good. The bean salad was weird but overall it was a good meal by the water.

What a view! This was the best dinner on the island, hands down. I NEEDED the French fries after a week of none. This Kentucky girl loves her potato's lol. The bbq chicken was really juicy and tender, my husband had whole snapper and was so happy with it. Kiddo had chicken wings but they didn't exactly hit the spot for him. However, the brownie sundaes were warm and delicious. Thanks for a wonderful evening watching the sun set.

Food was delicious. (I'd stay away from the grilled octopus, not my favorite, little more on the chewy side). My favorite was the whole fried snapper, and the snapper filet. Three bean salad (chefs kiss). The wings and the kalula cake were top notch. When I stayed on the island I went three nights in a row. Service was good, we kinda sat all over the place during our visits each time. Drinks were amazing and on the stronger side. The vibe is for locals and tourists. They encourage you to feed the fish with leftovers. It's nice the view is amazing. Definitely worth the visit!

i had the best red snapper i ever ate in my life here! i'm still thinking about right now, it was that good. The restaurant is right by the water, you can feed the fish if you would like. We even fed a huge bird that was flying by lol. The service was really good. I also ordered a honey mule and octopus salad. All were 10/10. I will be back, mark my words

Food was wonderful. Ribs were excellent and fell off the bone. Vegetarian wrap was delicious. Tostones were crispy, mashed yucca delicious. They offer gluten free pita bread which was warm and very tasty. Cocktails were great. Atmosphere was lovely. Would definitely recommend, far exceeded expectations.

We stumbled upon this gem after a long day in the sun. The food, drink, and ambiance were perfect for unwinding after our beach day and before catching the ferry. It was fun watching the staff throw some food scraps into the water for the massive fish to take advantage. A show and eco-friendly by not having food waste? win-win!

The whole fried snapper (chillo frito entero) is the best meal I've ever had in a restaurant. Period. The service was great, the view of the channel is beautiful and my wife and I enjoyed a slow dinner here in our first night in Culebra after a beautiful day at the beach. Don't go to Puerto Rico without eating here, its BREATHTAKING!

The chillo frito was super fresh. One of the best I've had. Still the best restaurant in Culebra.

Although the island of Culebra may be small, there are a few hidden gems scattered throughout; Dinghy Dock being one of them, without a doubt. While cruising around in our golf cart rental, we spotted Dinghy Dock and added it to our list of places we wanted to check out. That evening, we headed over for dinner. Upon arrival, there were several parties waiting outside and the quoted wait time was 30-45 mins. Luckily, the other parties were larger in size, so we snagged two spots at the bar relatively quickly. The bartender was prompt to greet us, which I always appreciate. For starters, I ordered the crab dip. It arrived hot, looked great, and I really enjoyed it. Moving on to entrees, I ordered the salmon with bean salad, and a side house salad. My salmon was cooked perfectly, tasted fresh, and exactly what I hoped it would be. Throughout our experience, the bartender was attentive and efficient. Admittedly unexpected, this was probably the best meal I had on our whole vacation. Food and service aside, you can't beat the breathtaking view of crystal blue water, sprinkled with boats, against a backdrop of mountainous forests. For me, the serenity is humbling and energizing. PS. At the edge of the dock there are tarpon fish you can feed in the water & they go wild!

We shared the cod fritters to start.5 thin & crispy fried flat fritters in an order came with a side of shredded crab mixed with olives and red peppers (that would have been a great dip on its own). Ask for extra lime on the side. For dinner we had the churasco -- perfectly cooked to order skirt steak with rice (comes mixed with habichuelas/red beans and bits of ham) and a whole fried snapper which was huge and delicious. For dessert we shared the individual ramekin of key lime "pie" which was a layer of graham crust top with key lime pudding. Slightly tart filling and a sweet topping. Overall a very good experience and would highly recommend.

I swear the last time we ate at Seabourne must have been 10-12 years ago. Waiting for so long to return was well worth it. What a fabulous meal! We are mostly vegetarian/pescatarian so we ordered the tuna and shrimp dishes. We also had the Jibaro nachos. All three dishes were beyond our expectations. How you get that much flavor in nachos is impressive. For the shrimp, we were expecting, in usual Puertorican style, a couple of lettuce leaves as a side. It was a heaping arugula salad with six spicy shrimp on top! Such a nice treat on this island where true greens are hard to come by. The tuna was served with a mango salsa and was also excellent. Now let's turn to the wine list. On this island, its Tempranillo, Malbec or Rioja (gets boring fast!) or crappy California swill. Azul has a very nice selection of wines by the bottle which include a lovely Spanish wine from Priorat. Wines from Priorat are some of my favorite - inky, dark and smoky. We enjoyed the heck out of the Gine Gine and at only $25, it was an amazing bargain. The atmosphere was tropical romantic and service was perfect.

The owner apparently feeds a good number of street cats and we loved the additional company. Our waitress (Heather maybe?) was incredible, giving us menu suggestions as well as tips for our visit to Culebritas we had planned for the next day. She was super friendly and we enjoyed chatting with her and learning a little of the history of the restaurant. The food was mostly amazing- we loved the escargot, it was a different preparation than I've had before with a sort of buttery herby sauce. Also loved the sides, the beans and rice were top notch and the mixed mash was very fun and interesting though a little dry without sauce- delicious with some sauce from other dishes. I heard very good things about the chicken and shrimp; unfortunately one star off as my husband and I bought got the Mahi-mahi and it was rather chewy and tough. The flavor was there but didn't really enjoy the texture. I would 100% go back and get the shrimp though!

We started with a bottle of wine similar to a Chardonnay. But let's talk food. I ordered the escargot. If you know anything about me it's that I absolutely love escargot. I will order them any where I can. I have tried them everywhere from NY to Ca and even Spain and Italy. Susies hands down wins in this category. The butter garlic combination is amazingly delicious. And they don't skimp on the escargot. There's plenty of them unlike other places that count them. The service at Susie's? As friendly and as personable as you want. Every one is happy and pleasant but then again you live on the best island that has the #3 best beach (Flamenco). I had the machi machi. Excellent choice! Plus the rice and beans which I grew up on, however they did not make them with sofrito which is really the secret ingredient to making them. But still delicious nonetheless. Over all, I'll continue to visit Susies each day every time I'm here. Since it was my birthday we ordered the Carmel cheese cake to go. Because some things need to be eaten in private. Shhh....
