    Lobster risotto
    Miyuki I.

We had dinner here on a Wednesday night. We called an hour before to make a reservation. It wasn't very crowded, so we didn't have to wait long for our food, although on TripAdvisor a lot of people said they waited hours for their food. Our waitress was very friendly and nice. The ambiance is so-so, but I figured as much since we are on an island and didn't expect fine dining of any sort. It was a laid back vibe, friendly owners walking around talking to customers and a decent meal. I had the Argentinean Churassco skirt steak, which was a huge portion. My husband had the lobster risotto. We had the bread pudding for dessert, which was quite tasty. Overall okay experience, although next time I would go to Dingy Dock for the waterfront atmosphere and would imagine the same level of food.

Lobster with lobster risotto. The risotto is to die for!!! - not even kidding. I'm already since I left. :(

The menu is very rich in terms of different dishes. We have been to Sussie's and dingkhy dock (or something like that) their menus were nearly the same. However at El Eden you find a rich menu. The service is also very attentive. The serving sizes are big enough and the food was delicious, juicy and well done. Try olive salad as an appetizer. We loved that dish with different types olives served with warm bread and cheese. Rich in drinks as well:) The bill includes the tip!!!!

Nice little spot across the street from our go to market here in Culebra, Milka this Cafe/Bar/Deli/Bodega is a very clean and well decorated with eclectic island decor. The owners Luz & Richard were very nice and friendly everytime we visited. The food is good but just like most places on this island the service may take a little while. The Cubano is it!!! When you come to Culebra make sure you Make it a point to check this place out.

The food was simply amazing! Every dish we ordered was delicious! We had the Churrasco with a side of Saffron Lobster Risotto, Red Snapper with a side of Grapes and Chorizo Risotto; friends ordered Churrasco with a side of Pesto Gnocchi, Mushroom Risotto, Rice and Beans, Sweet Plantains, and Lamb Chops with another side of Grapes and Chorizo Risotto. We also had Tres Leches cake for dessert. I tried everything and everything was excellent! Taste, texture, portion size and presentation were all amazing! The owner was also super nice and friendly and took the time to go through everything on the menu with us before we ordered our food. The portions of the side dishes were large enough to be eaten as a meal. You have to make your reservation early enough as they do fill up fast, and with good reason. I would highly recommend this place when visiting Culebra!

Churasco with lobster risotto, stuffed swordfish with gnocchi pasta

Ordered stuffed swordfish with gnocchi pasta and churasco? With lobster risotto. I think this place could have easily been 5 stars, but swordfish just doesn't taste good, no matter how it's cooked. Everything else was really good, really recommend the churasco.

I love here. Wait until Wednesday to finally have it for dinner. It is the top one on the island. Better than the others

It is within walking distance of the Crown Bay cruise terminal. It's not much to look at from the inside, but has most of the major US grocery brands. And it serves as the place to buy household goods like light bulbs, etc. The prices were not as high as I expected, considering it's located on an island. Something unusual was that there was an entire room dedicated to refrigerated items, with the room itself refrigerated (with freezers in it to keep frozen goods). This is where the meat was kept, and it was a decent selection with comparable prices to the mainland. Ended up buying two bags of Funyons for lower than what it would be on the mainland, and some Airbourne dietary supplements to help me fight this bug that seems to continuously mutate, annoyingly throughout this trip (which still has a long way to go).

It's a good place to go if you're looking for something like brand name snacks or sodas, but the prices are high and the store isn't very nice inside. This feels like a dirty discount market, and it's definitely a place that locals shop. You aren't going to find any gourmet items, just regular day to day essentials. I love looking in markets when I travel, so I had to check this place out. They have a small liquor area with a big selection of rum (particularly flavored Cruzan). Crossing the busy street is something else, and bring your patience. It's best just to follow a confident local when crossing, or you'll be waiting all day. Don't go out of your way to shop here, but if you're looking for an authentic local experience, this is your grocery store!
