For our entrees, we selected the Grilled Salmon and the Chulekan. The salmon was perfectly cooked and served with asparagus and a hearty and delicious mashed Malanga (taro). The Chulekan is a traditional grilled pork chop preparation and Costa Azul has it perfected!!!
