I was walking around and all the employees said hello. I purchased some potato salad and oil vinegar coleslaw. Both were really good. The have a nice selection of fresh meat (Zabiha Halal) and fish counter. The deli counter was loaded with meats, olive and cheeses. The store is clean and didn't have a weird meat/fish smell. We have rarely dropped in this particular store, and that's a good thing as far as I'm concerned as…read moreit is very congested, both in the store and around their parking lot.  There is a lot of car traffic as their Pointe Plaza strip mall also houses a Walmart and a lot of that traffic goes right by the busy entrance of this Fresh Farms.  Inventory and quality wise, they may have what you need or want, but it's a bit of a hassle coming here I would say.  The wife wanted some frozen grated cassava, and it turns out not every grocery store carries it, but Fresh Farms does.  Also, a pro-tip for you - at both this store and the Fresh Farms on Golf Road (also in Niles), you can freeze to death inside the store year round, so come in with a jacket or equal!  They like protecting their produce I guess!

However even this is slightly inconsistent as far as what's available when it's open, etc. It's also great that this particular location also is able to build out some of the other additional vendors like the bakery by Valerio. Again, though, I wish there was a little bit more consistency and organization throughout. Parking lot is has been quite ample except during peak times. I really wish they would open one in the suburbs as well. The only major disappointing thing was I used to carry the best Chicharron by Saint Michaels and then they absolutely abused and price gouged the bags. And eventually they stopped carrying it.
