Then they forced the elderly couple to come there to pay cash in person as they took a credit card for an oil change in the same office. I was trying to pay for my customer but for literally no reason he forced them to come and pay cash because he said he has no credit card machine. Really nice for that elderly couple to see another customer paying with a card right after they had a bad accident and just wanted us to take care of it for them. Nope Johnny U's wouldn't allow that for literally no reason at all. Their outdated equipment also caused more damage to the customers Audi when towing it, causing it to be a total loss.

At 5 pm they said 45 min. At 6 pm they said 45 min. At 7 pm they said 10 min. Car got dropped off at 7:45 at the repair shop. Nice. Oh and all the while I left the car in there with the key in it so they can put it in neutral.... So my car sat in a parking lot in Ocean County for 6 hours with the keys in it. 100 degrees out. Can you imagine if I was actually on the side of the road waiting? I will 1000% never use this company again and..... I'll make it a point to tell anyone how bad they really are. We called another local towing place and was told the wait was at least an hour. An hour and a half later they had not showed so we called Vinny at petro. Thank goodness! He showed up before the first towing company and went above and beyond to help us get back on the road. He watched YouTube videos with us and successfully got the job done. Right from the time my towing was scheduled, an associate promptly called to inform the timing of the pick up and later when the towing driver Lucky Singh showed up, he handled the car so well and got it dropped off at the service center ahead of time. The owner was nice enough to follow up on the service to get feedback too. I'm not sure of the pricing since my car is still under Mazda's warranty but their service was spotless and professional. Highly recommended.
