I told you what was wrong with my car you fucking wrote the same thing down I told you was wrong with my car. l didn't need a scan as I told you when I called I just had work done on the car at the dealership they did a scan then. When I called you should have told me it was 198 to just look at my car because I never would have went. Called Infiniti for the transmission flush that I told you I needed you didn't diagnose shit. They want $239 to do it. I should have stuck with the dealership that is transparent and don't take advantage of women. And No not every charges to look at a car my in town mechanic doesn't' and neither does dealerships if you get the work done there. and you didn't spend 3 hours on my car because we drove to your shop multiple times with my car outside and you were nowhere to be found. I am telling people my experience so they can decide for themselves or know because you don't say it on the phone when I called the first time the price to look at the car should be the very first thing you say to a customer Because like I said I would have took it elsewhere $211 to be told what I told you was wrong with my car a joke and the transmission flush is pretty much the same price and the dealership you rob people.

Simply the worst place you could bring your RV. They are not qualified to work on many engines and…read moretransmissions (certainly not Cummins or Allison). So forget about having them fix minor engine, transmission, steering, brakes, chaises, alignment, etc. issues. Simple maintenance on these complex rigs maybe within their ability. I wouldn't take anything to these people. Find a truck dealer to handle the drive train. For things inside your rig's cabin, you'd be better off driving it to a camp ground with a visiting repair person. When they inspect things, they always find something wrong, even if they have to break your RV to find it. This last visit, they extended a tear on some heat shielding during the inspection. One time they tried to charge me to repair a hatch that they left open on a prior repair. Another time they lost a part of a cabinet they needed to open to make a repair. Another time they lied to me about a tire replacement stating that the model tire I needed was no longer made. It was in fact the most common Goodyear truck tire. After these initial issues, I only took my rig there if it was something easy to fix in the rig cabin. Unfortunately they were the closest to my old home. This last visit I needed a pipe fixed. I say needed because it was the main drain on the sink and I was going to be driving for a few days to a week. Not complex. I asked for a few estimates and asked them to inspect for any problems since I was moving from NJ to Texas. Anyway, after weeks, they finished. I was running out of time. So I went to pick it up. They wouldn't release my RV to me without me signing off. Well I had to go, so I signed. MISTAKE! I was charged for work they didn't do. I was charged for work that failed. I was charged for estimates. Some of their repairs damaged other items in the RV. They lost parts to the RV. They were unable to install windshield wipers. I had to do it hen I got on the road. I was charged for work that was faked and have since been done correctly in Texas. I was misled as to the hourly rate. Nice. I complained to Risco and the credit card company. Despite the fact that they lied to me and coerced me to sign off, that was the weapon they used to make me pay. They offered to repair the issues if I bring the rig back. I'm 1500 miles away and it would cost over $1000 in fuel and 4 days to go back and have more of their their shoddy workmanship fail again. NOTE: They have moved Allaire Rd. It's the same bad service at a new location.

Prior to coming in I replaced my 5 button Dometic CCC key pad, all of the connectors in the network, Zone one and zone 3 control boards, PM on the Aqua Hot (as it is part of the Heat on the HVAC), all new Chassis and house batteries (6 total) this was to resolve any 12 volt issues, 110 breaker for zone 2 to make sure 110 power was good. I also gave them a write up of all the work I had done in troubleshooting so they would have a place to start. They charged me $639.00 for troubleshooting all of the issue I had replaced. They also provided me a laundry list of parts I needed including all of the ones I just mentioned. After careful checking and discussion I discovered the work suggested was horribly inflated and I questioned the honesty of the person making the suggestions. Additionally, they wanted $1400.00 for an engine oil change...I paid $535.00 with Camping World and they did the generator as well. They wanted 5 hours of labor at $177.00/hr to replace a controller that was just 4 screws...I replaced Zone 1 and Zone 3 at 15 minutes each. I expressed my concern over this gouging and was given a lecture on my not so tactful approach. Beware of this company, asked questions and do not prepay, as I had done, they will gouge you as well.

ShoCase Auto This is detailed enough to give justice to all…read moreinvolved. Last June I purchased a vehicle from them. Initial contact was through there office staff Taylor Bottomly (BDC manager) who scheduled for an appointment to the dealership. I am from NY and made sure that the vehicle was there for the test drive. The vehicle was dirty and needed a true deep cleaning because all kinds of dirt were there on the floors and seats. I made a remark that this may be a construction vehicle, but the salesman who was assigned to us said that it wasn't pointing to a sticky in the rear that says "baby on board" My wife and I made the usual walk through around, and pointed out to the salesman that there are items needed taking care of. Then we test drove it . Mechanically, it passed to our standard. Negotiated and tried to close the purchase. Asked for a price off citing, the tires need replacing and right sideview mirror cracked, and some minor scratches. Definitely it is a vehicle that won't likely pass NYC inspection Salesman said it's gonna be buffed and cleaned anyway. Fine, it's a used car anyway. I stressed to the salesman, I can't pass inspection with the cracked side mirror and the tires too. In short, price reduced for the value of the tires, and the salesman said he will order the cracked rt side mirror and be ready following week. This was a Friday and stated I intend to pay in cash, and will pick up the car the following day, Saturday. Fast forward to the present, 45 days after, I never got the cracked side mirror. It was an easy part to get, and if intent to deliver the promise was kept, in a week I should really have gotten the part. Amazon, eBay, Toyota parts online, are all sources of parts. A week after the sale, I called salesman and said he will check and take care of it. Note he promised it will be mailed to me the Wednesday of the following week, and he is fully aware I can't pass NYC inspection. He even said, that I don't have the NY plates yet anyway. In my mind, why would the rt side mirror being ordered be contingent on the plates? Ahhh, an alibi maybe? I provided the dealership as they requested a picture of the damaged right side mirror. Two weeks after I called the dealership, and made record of that by emailing them, to which Taylor said it was forwarded to the Salesman. She even said best to talk to the Salesman. I did, but I was told he was busy with a customer and he will call back. Third week after, a Saturday, called dealership, Owner picked up introduced himself, and said Salesman was busy and will take care that Monday following. He said to send him a text of what I needed exactly, and relayed the same message to Taylor. Fourth week, I called, by then Taylor picked up and followed up my plates since it hasn't arrived, and I asked to talk to the Salesman , but as usual was busy with a customer. I was told he will call me back. But, the obvious happened again- no call back To this present time no call back. he reneged on the promise, which is not even $100, for the glass mirror with backing. I know the part number and I know how soon it can get to me if I ordered myself. I had no bad feelings for Taylor, who liaison for my needs and I fully understand she can only do so much and she never promised me that broken part. Now I wonder how someone can tarnish a business he represents, and damage his own reputation and integrity for a super cheap amount. In short, after 3 or 4 attempts to get in touch with him who never called back, I decided that there is no way I will get that promise from the salesman, Danny This is not review of the dealership, nor a review of Taylor, or the owner, but an honest account of a customer who was on time with appointments, who satisfied their request for a Zelle as a deposit on the day I came and a bank check in full payment the next morning as I promised. Personally, I will not make a promise I cannot keep. So, I moved on and let the wheels turn.

Update: the business is now closed, apparently their dealer license has been revoked. I have added…read morepictures of the information you may need when filing a complaint. I still cant say much because I had to take them to court. They never conducted their business honorably and never cared about the customers.
