We shall..What the problem was I ordered my mother and I's dinner entree "combo for two/crab legs, shrimp, sausage, corn and potatoes" thru GrubHub not knowing my order will come not what I ordered the delivery guy delivered someone else's order then left. I went and checked our order and saw that this was someone else's I didn't order shrimp, crawdad's, sausage, corn and potatoes. I called the place of business and spoke with one of the ladies who works there and she tried her best so she had to speak with the manager and I told him what happen so he's giving me a $70+ new dinner entree for free due to GrubHub's delivery driver issue and mistake. Since this happen will i come back and order from this Sea Sells Seafood Express location again? Yes, Because customer service means everything to me and seeing a manager go out of his way to make sure his customer is happy again goes a long way and that means something. A+++++ read more

First timer! I've heard so much about how good the food is so I dropped in on my way back to Atlanta. This location is located in the Exxon gas station plaza. There are 4 tables with 2 to 4 chairs. Big enough if you're not in a hurry to sit and eat. The interior is nicely decorated - seafood on the walls, fish net, etc. when I walked in I was greeted by the 2 ladies at the register. Unknown if either was the owner. I was asked if I knew what I wanted and I told her it's my first time eating here. She provided a menu and waited for my order. She did not make any recommendations or ask if I had any questions. So I ordered the catfish plate with side garden salad. Total $8.23. I waited 20 min prior to getting the food. I was surprised to see 3 pieces of fish. Was expecting maybe 2 pieces. The pieces were about the length of an adult hand. This is whole catfish. As far as seasoning, it could use a bit more. The salad was fresh - tomatoes, diced red onions, cheese. I didn't order anything to drink since I had water in the car. I read the reviews while eating. Someone mentioned unsweetened tea only. Again I can't comment on that since i didn't get anything to drink. Other reviews noted the orders not being correct. I didn't have that issue. Everything was as i ordered. The only issue or note I have is Season the fish a bit more. Other than that it was good! The next time I'm in this area I'll stop again. Been here a few times now and the food has always been fresh & hot!!! Only negative is check your order before leaving and make sure they have what you're ordering with the Chef... Everything is seasoned to perfection, so please keep up that standard! Went out the way just to come back to this location... I would recommend and I'm surely coming back! read more

Extremely disappointed with our order tonight. Shells has gone from a 5star to a 1star. We spent over $65 for our dinner tonight but the quality was missing. The cheese grits seemed like microwave melted cheese on top of plain unseasoned grits. The catfish was oily. It appeared the grease was old. The catfish was also not prepared correctly. The batter was not the typical cornmeal batter and the catfish still had fins and skin on them. There were sides missing and sides added to our order that we did not order. The shrimp and grits came out covered in butter and had hardened. It is unfortunate to see the quality of shells seafood go downhill, when it was great to start with. read more

YES! One of the best decisions we made on a road trip! We were completely unfamiliar with the area but stopped for gas at the awesome Sunoco at 1080 Hwy 96. Wanted a snack. Should we take a chance on Seafood "Express" in the strip shopping center? We ordered 12 fried shrimp and 12 grilled shrimp (half of them blackened) for $20. It was made to order, fresh, hot and every bite delicious, plus a very good bargain. We've been raving about this choice even after fine dining at our destination of Savannah. It is carryout only and no beverages but an excellent place for shrimp! read more

I parked in the front of the building and I had to either call the phone number on the door or go online to order. I called in for me and my man food. I order from the Sea Shells Pick 2 Platter, 1 order fried Tilapia & 1 order of fried shrimp, 2 sides Mac & Cheese & mixed vegetables & for him the Sea Shells Pick 2 Platter 2 Flounder order, sides Mac & Cheese & Mixed Vegetables. We was told it would be a 35 minute wait so we said ok & continued to sit out in our ride & wait Food was bought out and we checked our food Mac& Cheese did not look like the pic on the window or online. His fish was done was correct, my fish looked good as well but I was given 2 orders of tilapia but no shrimps So I called the lady over after looking at my receipt also & noticing the person who took my order didn't key it in right like I told them. The lady said it's ok you can keep the fish & we will fix it & get your shrimps out to you in 10minutes. After she had been in there for 3 minutes she came out with a bag and said the manager wanted me to give them two tilapias back that was given to me. We ate here last night, and with 2 other sea food restaurants opening in Warner Robins you would think they would do better. It was terrible. Salmon was dry baked potato was beige in color...being old that is, ask for another and they didn't have any. This was at 5:30 on a Saturday. Will not return and will try Yami or just wait on creekside to open the following weekend. Cost to much not to be fresh. read more

This particular Sea Shells is not our favorite. We've been here twice and ran into the same issue. Thinking maybe the first time was just timing due them just opening. Both times we have ordered the combo number 1. On both visits the food was not hot at all and the butter was almost gel consistency. Pans were not even warm to the touch. My first handful of experience's with Shells was amazing. However the last 3 times we went were poor to mediocre. The crab shells were soft and hard to eat. The portions weren't consistent. We always order 3 number 4s no crawfish add mussels. The last order my daughter had tons of sausage, no egg. My husband had a couple sausages. I had no sausage. You get a lot of food for your money I just wish it was consistent. This is our favorite seafood place in Warner Robins. We are going to keep trying and hope it gets better! Great food and quality environment. They have a special butter and seasoning they add to almost any seafood you order that is to die for. The only thing I've ordered that I wasn't a big fan of was the shrimp alfredo. However, the low country boil and the shrimp and scallops combo is fantastic. Food was great but their inability to get an order correct has occurred twice. 1st time, they leave out a low country boil. It's not like that's a small thing. It's a large meal. I luckily knew it was missing with a smaller order. 2nd time was about 6 different items so was more difficult to check. They completely left out a kids meal. Of course I see when I get home and call them. They supposedly take down my name so I can come back whenever. Call back the next day to go ahead and get it but no one knows anything about me. I'm a fan of the place on Russell Parkway, but this place doesn't get your order right. However, you don't discover it until you get home. Me and my wife both ordered two Sea Shell #1 Combos. When we arrived home, we discovered her combo had an egg, and I had no egg. She had one slice of sausage, and I had no sausage. The rest of our Thanksgiving aluminum trays were filled with potatoes, corn, shrimp and crab legs. They increased the price of the combos about $10. So, what you use to get is nose about $32. They now have small combos. They're the previous prices you paid. They don't use the sauce anymore. Such a disappointment. They're trying to cut corners while increasing the prices. read more

We just ordered for the first time, shrimp po'boys and chicken strips. Arrived hot and delicious(thanks door dash!). Sides were delicious too (Cole slaw and Macaroni and cheese). We took most of the lettuce off the po'boys (too much and appeared to be large chunks of ice burg, didn't work right for the sandwiches). Otherwise, delicious. read more

Do not order delivery with them. They are not organized and will leave off part of your order. Called several times about my delivery order that I did not fully receive. Supposed manager tells me,"well we always check the orders before the delivery drivers leave." They did finally deliver the second part of my order and once my family was able to eat, the tilapia was not cooked. Called again to let them know and the guy just said text him a pic of it. Oh okay. Food is very overpriced for the quality you receive. Although I wasn't expecting anything amazing from an inland seafood restaurant, I also wasn't expecting to be served rubber dog food. I ordered grilled shrimp and grilled grouper (both severely over cooked and poorly seasoned), with sides of grits and coleslaw (which were actually decent). I will not be returning and I hope no one wastes there time and well earned money here. read more

Ordered at 5:03 PM. Received notice at 5:34 PM that my order was ready. Pulled up to restaurant at 5:50 PM. A young lady came to the car and asked for my name. She went back and forth bringing orders out. I assumed mine was coming. Fast forward to 6:30 PM, still no food. I ask the young lady how long it was going to take. She stated, "Oh what was your name again?".... I provided my name yet again. Still no order. I decided to call inside to check status. After 3 minutes on hold someone answers and says please hold. I hold and the young lady picks up the phone and says, "oh it's still getting made and it will be a few more minutes." So I asked how they knew that considering no one had asked me for any identifiers when I called in. She said oh it's me the girl who's come to your car twice. Here we are at 6:41.... still no food. I'm all for businesses being busy but the lack of communication and professionalism is never okay. 6:58 PM- still no food! 7:15 PM- I am being asked how I placed my order.... I proceed to ask for a refund... 7:26- I ask for the status of my refund. The runner states it may be at the Russell Location. Well that can't be because I ordered at this location. 7:30- unprofessional manager comes out and states she is refunding but can't give me a confirmation. I guess we will see. read more

I ordered the low country boil and it was AMAZING! It was around $22 and they gave you so much food. The seasoning was perfect and the crab legs were some of the best you could get around here. If you are looking for great seafood, this is the place to go. I highly recommend and will be eating here again. read more

I'm not usually one to complain but, our first time trying Sea Shells Seafood Express was terrible! We decided to try this restaurant because a co-worker had great things to say about the location on Watson however, the one on 96 is closer to us. My boyfriend called in to place the to go order for 4 people and the woman on the phone started with, "what do you want?" He gave her the first meal and she asked for his name. He gave her the name and she said 15 to 20 minutes and hung up! He wasn't even able to place the last 3 orders! We used the online ordering service to complete the last 3 orders which was simple, but you have to pay with a card, there wasn't a pay at pickup option. Once the guys got home with our food, we realized that they did not provide the extra sides we requested and paid for. No biggie, mistakes happen, right? I opened my box and the corn on the cob was cold. Not room temperature cold, but refrigerator cold. Next I cut into my salmon and it was raw in the center. This wouldn't be a big deal, but I'm pregnant and raw meat is not exactly great for pregnancy... also, drinks were not an option at this location; We had to stop by the gas station on the way home to grab a few. Not pleased with the service or products provided by this restaurant and I probably won't be giving them a second chance. read more

This is my second time ordering from this company. First time was the other location and today I ordered from this location. Both times were horrible! If ordering online, they won't get it. First time trying this place and was excited to try it. The young lady at the front counter was nice and friendly. I placed my order for the shrimp Alfredo and my two sides were garlic mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables. I waited about 20 minutes, which didn't bother me seeing as I wanted my order to be accurate and fresh. I got home and opened my order. First off, the garlic mashed potatoes are AMAZING. I absolutely loved them. Then here comes the tricky part. I only got 2 containers. I figured my mixed veggies were in the container with my pasta. I opened the box and they weren't there. I never got my mixed veggies. Also, I didn't care for the fact they put aluminum foil in the box and put the food on top. My pasta stuck to the foil and was hard to get off. The pasta noodles itself was over cooked. The shrimp was pretty good. All in all, it was an ok experience. After reading the other reviews, I would definitely suggest checking to make sure your order is all there. read more

We were VERY DISAPPOINTED. We Traveled an hour and a half to get here. Checked in at 5:45, was messaged that we would be seated by 6:45, it was 7:15 when we got seated. Others were seated MINUTES AFTER US, and there orders were taken BEFORE ours. It was chaotic, and the setting, and customer service was very unprofessional. My drink order was even incorrect. Ordered takeout from here last weekend for my husband and I and we were very happy with our food. The cashier at the counter was extremely friendly and helpful. She estimated a takeout time of 15-20 minutes and there is a sign near the register that says the same thing. Looks like you can also call ahead or order online though if you didn't want to wait in person. Only 4 tables inside, so it's definitely meant for takeout. We got a 1/2 pound of peel and eat shrimp... They came in a delish garlic butter and tasted amazing. Blackened shrimp po-boy - the shrimp were excellent but the sandwich itself was lacking. I would just order a shrimp dish next time and skip the bread! Fried fish and fried shrimp lunch basket - awesome. Both the shrimp and fish were so delicious. Fries were average, mac n cheese was super good. We felt like we got plenty of food for the price and they have really affordable lunch baskets! We'll be back! read more

Food was good but the customer service was very poor. I called my order in and was not ordered correctly. The cashier taking my order (Keke) had a dull uncaring tone. I mentioned 4 times; I did not want the butter sauce on top of the broil but on the side to avoid further messiest where I felt she not understanding to my reason. Once I went to pick up the order, no warm welcoming. I approached the desk; overall her demeanor was not friendly and acting as if she did not want to be there. Once I received my order, there was sauce on one order and no sauce in the other. I had to go back to get the butter sauce for my first order and gave me a hard time giving me the sauce when I request it to be on the side. She even tried to charge me and only gave me one when there is far more butter sauce drizzled in a pan if I have decided not to have it on the side.
