Service was hit or miss at least when it came to getting the bill, but you really gotta raise your hand and yell at them -- it is the way, the Filipino way! Oddly, Filipinos have a strange fascination with deep house which was bumping rather loudly and was off putting to some older gentleman who proceeded to turn down the volume without the permission of the workers. A little slice of paradise is sure to be had here if one chooses smartly just to sip and savor and shut out the rest of the world, especially one of the overprivileged tourist.
