Had high hopes for this place.. but the only good thing we enjoyed about it was the Sangria Pitcher.
Location was close to our hotel so we just walked. It was known among the locals and staff. When we got to the bar, there were only two tables before us. We were seated immediately. It started to pour really hard so the staff had to quickly pull down the window covers to prevent the rain from coming in.
We ordered a pitcher of sangria, camaron and their seafood paella. The sangria was pretty good and the camaron was okay. The biggest let down was the paella! After waiting for about 45mins for it (we knew it would take that long) it arrived hot and we were excited to eat. Low and behold, it tasted like it was doused in lots of salt. The chunks of tuna were super salty, even the shrimp, of course the rice itself was super salty too to the point where out mouths were salivating and the roofs of our mouths could feel the sting of too much salt. We tried to complain, they just tasted it and said that's how its supposed to taste like. Really?! So we have to swallow salt laden chunks of seafood and paella rice? No thank you. My friend and I lost our appetite to eat anyway. Yes, they gave 10% discount but honestly, it wasn't satisfactory to us as customers. It was a waste of food, time and money.
Possibly go here for the sunset view and drinks but food, you might have to think twice. read more
