No big deal except that the store proceeded to charge me for a 4th month of lessons well knowing that this instructor would not be available for lessons. I asked the store manager several times about receiving a refund. 4 months later not only have I not received a refund, now I am getting invoice statements mailed to me. Again I asked the store manager why I have not received it and all he does is blame upper management. I asked to speak with upper management and was given ridiculous excuses as to why I could not with a smug attitude. I tried calling headquarters and am placed on an endless hold. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I all but gave up on the thing until my friends told me about Cranky's. For a very reasonable fee, Greg worked on the frets, tremolo, tuning heads, saddles, and gave it a thorough cleaning. She now plays BETTER than in 1995, and I'm happy to report has taken its place as my main axe again! As far as I'm concerned, this is the only place that I will trust with my dearest guitars. It was clear he knew a ton about pianos and went out of his way to not just sell a piano but to make sure the piano I was looking at was a great fit for my needs. Any purchase I make I do a ton of research and Eli was great at patiently answering all of my questions. They even went out of their way to open their store on an off day to accommodate my schedule.
