And the biggest tool I have to fight debilitating fibromyalgia pains is my Infrared Sauna. After some years, one day the sauna just completely stopped working! I thought of buying a new one but wanted to fix my sauna to see if I could cut costs and/or be more environmentally conscious. In a desperate attempt to stop my fibromyalgia pains, I called Steam Diego. Doug from Steam Diego was so responsive, professional, knowledgeable, empathetic, and efficient. They ordered my sauna parts, then they scheduled a day to fix it. The infrared sauna is more complicated to fix, but they did it! After over a year now it still works GREAT! I am glad it was priced that way, because I probably would not have booked it if it had cost more. I called ahead of time to get a better understanding of what to wear, and they let me know that clothing would be provided, which made things easy and convenient. The service lasted 60 minutes, and they even provided a remote so I could watch TV during the session, which was a nice touch and helped make the experience feel more relaxed. I did leave with slight bruising on my arm, which I was not expecting, but overall I would be open to giving it another try. I am also interested in trying the sauna next time to see how that complements the experience.

Perhaps the best part, you can try out the spas to find the one you like. We ended up going with a Sundance Aspen and are so happy with it. Perhaps the best part was working with the owner, Robin, who is a very knowledgeable and kind woman. She was very patient with us, even with our seven year old daughter running around and jumping in and out of the tubs. We ended up getting a great deal on the spa and Robin even threw in some extras when the spa was installed, which was so kind. They have an awesome installation team lead by Greg, who is also really easy to work with and knowledgeable. We had a problem with the initial install, when they pulled out our old tub. The wood deck below was rotten and the new tub could not be installed where we planned. Greg stayed cool and helped us figure out a solution that required pouring a new slab for the tub. They came back right away after the slab was done and set up the tub. Overall I think this is a great place to purchase a spa, especially if you are on the West side. We got a great deal on a top of the line spa, with 1st class service from this business.
