The previous guy had also used non-outdoor rated shoddy equipment that was dangerously left open to the elements/was an electrocution hazard, and he disappeared when I contacted him about problems post install. Thank goodness for Pedro and his amazing team who came out to sand, refurbish, and install a new setup and equipment.and clean up the other guy's mess. Hello Yelp Family, may I introduce the most wonderful problem solvers called Steam Diego for all…read moreyour sauna needs. I am a model, social media influencer, and a cancer survivor. IG: @wwwestherdotcom One of the side effects of having gone through cancer therapies, is that I deal with Fibromyalgia. And the biggest tool I have to fight debilitating fibromyalgia pains is my Infrared Sauna. After some years, one day the sauna just completely stopped working! I thought of buying a new one but wanted to fix my sauna to see if I could cut costs and/or be more environmentally conscious. In a desperate attempt to stop my fibromyalgia pains, I called Steam Diego. Doug from Steam Diego was so responsive, professional, knowledgeable, empathetic, and efficient. They ordered my sauna parts, then they scheduled a day to fix it. The infrared sauna is more complicated to fix, but they did it! After over a year now it still works GREAT! I'm so happy I reached out to this incredibly top notch service company. I highly recommend Steam Diego. They are a very reputable company who are as trustworthy as they come. Thank you Doug and Randy for restoring my quality of life. I can't thank you enough! The fibro pains are manageable as I use the infrared sauna 3-4 times a week. It's helped me so much that I am able to get back to my beloved past times - like racing my 2024 Porsche Cayman GTS car. It makes me cry happy tears thinking about how one company's kindness and expertise has the power of positively affecting a customer's life. Much love always in gratitude God bless, Esther
