They also have garages which most complexes don't have and their floor plan with 2 master suites on second floor makes it bar none the best floor plan around ! They also have a caring efficient management team that sincerely cares about the needs of their leaseholders throwing parties for the community at the pool etc . Anyway , I sincerely tried to leave since they would love to upgrade my unit but at this time, sorry .......they are stuck with me!!

The timeframes are typically from years ago, so perhaps things have just really gone downhill. Communication has been virtually nonexistent. I, along with other residents, have left multiple voicemails and sent several emails to both Juliet and Eric, with no response. Rebecca is the only person who consistently answers the phone because, apparently, everyone else is "in meetings." I honestly feel for her, because she's left to deal with understandably frustrated residents without having the ability to resolve the issues. When standard emails are responded to, the resolution is inconsistent with their follow through. I understand that road maintenance is inconvenient and disruptive, but that is exactly why a company being paid to manage these projects should be communicating clearly and addressing residents' concerns. During the most recent project, work began earlier than the posted timeframe (by two days!!! And blocked cars in garages), trash pickup was not properly accommodated, and we were told residents would receive a credit for the missed service. When I followed up about that credit, I received no response. Would not recommend since I think at this point they have too many accounts to service properly.

Night before moving into the property we were informed of extensive damage to the property due to a leak but, was insured it would get fixed... it was never completed in the 4 months we lived there. Ziad wasn't there when we got the keys to the property but, the owner. She proceeded to tour us through the "clean" condo that she herself cleaned. We spent the next day removing a 3yd dumpster worth of trash that she left between the garage and cabinets including a used razer. Not even the toilet was cleaned.... Oc residential didn't care.... The property wasn't even inspected prior to owner and property manager contract. We experienced 3 plumbing issues due to non code compliant plumbing, broken AC, Broken heater, hazardous material following from air ducts, massive gapping hole in the wall due to the night before leak never being completed.... Couldn't even fix the microwave ... List went on and on. Before we knew it owner was in over her head due to her unprepared property. We were informed that she wanted to sell the property. Jeff gladly sent me listings to a new property that he managed... why would I consider them when they could careless to take care of me within my current living situation that they managed? Since taking over as president of the homeowner's association a few years ago, we have had a few different managers. In the last year or so we were blessed with Heather Eisfelder as our Community Association Manager. Once Heather became familiar with our community's concerns, she has been on it from day one. She is responsive to our needs and works in tandem with our Assistant Manager, Jane. Both Heather and Jane respond so promptly, even to last minute and after hours request. For a small community like ours, the value for our money has been worth it. I would not normally review a company like our management company...in fact I would never have thought they had a Yelp! page. What prompted this review was that during last night's meeting, Heather saved us about $50 / month on our street sweeping expenses. However, she went on to tell us that she had also identified nearly $300 in expenses that we pay per month and we do not use. For a small community of 75 homes, trying to keep dues low during this current economy, this is the kind of monthly savings that helps balance the budget and keep us out of the red. Heather also gave us other ideas on how to easily modify a rule to meet our communities updated needs. Thank you Heather and Jane! Your efforts don't go unnoticed.

Construction is still going inside our apartment. Loud, disruptive, and our family with a toddler can't live there. We're paying full rent anyway. Picture it: a leak you didn't cause, and you're the one paying for it. Before you sign here, ask: How long do repairs really take? Will they lower your rent when one takes over your home? How often do the elevator and garage gate break?
