I had to cancel my service after ongoing issues with billing and inconsistent service. At this…read morepoint, it became a part-time job for me to monitor my credit card statement and keep track of whether my bins were actually being serviced. I had a monthly service, but they did not consistently come every month while continuing to charge my card every month. My last actual service was May 21. On June 18, they arrived about two hours late and were then not allowed access to my neighborhood. I understand that things happen, but they had already been running behind, and I was charged my credit card on file for a fuel fee even though the situation was not something I caused or could control. They also did not attempt to service my bins. I contacted the company and requested a refund. I was told, "Our team will review the option to apply as a credit or refund and will follow up shortly." I was also told they were backed up. It has now been eight weeks with no follow-up, no refund or credit, and no bin cleaning since May 21. The lack of communication and the continued billing despite inconsistent service were ultimately too frustrating, and I decided to cancel. I shouldn't have to constantly monitor my credit card and service dates to make sure I'm being charged correctly and actually receiving the service I'm paying for.

We have been trying to get a hold of them. Kamala Harris actually is smarter than SDGE. We had an emergency technician come out. He took photos and documented everything. Look at the movie Idiocracy and multiply the incompetence by a Billion.

I'm honestly disappointed with my experience. I called to ask about pricing because their services…read moreare significantly higher than what I've paid at larger places in Irvine. Instead of giving me a straightforward explanation, they immediately jumped to offering a payment plan. That wasn't what I was asking for. I simply wanted to understand why their pricing is so much higher. Offering financing before even explaining the cost felt dismissive and a bit concerning. If you're going to charge premium prices, there should be transparency and a clear explanation of the value. Unfortunately, that wasn't my experience.

He brought the water heater earthquake strapping and bracing up to code and perfectly replaced the corroded water line connectors. What impressed me even more was that he went beyond just completing the repair--he even cleaned up the rust stains and mess around the water heater, leaving the entire area looking neat and clean. He also replaced the GFCI outlets, carefully custom-cutting the outlet covers to fit the surrounding area precisely and finishing everything beautifully with sealant. I've had two separate plumbing issues over the last month. BMP was incredibly responsive (phone calls, email, text) and was able to send a tech to my house within 24 hours. Juan was the tech for each service appointment; he was very professional, kind, and experienced. Juan was able to diagnose the plumbing/pipe issues and provide solutions. During one service call, Juan didn't have all the necessary fixtures & piping to fix the issue. He made a call, and another tech brought the necessary fixtures to my home. Juan finished the job from there. Perhaps most importantly, there were no 'extra add-ons' that were pushed on me. BMP's pricing was reasonable and fair. I would give BMP 6 stars if I could!
